Breakfast is simple but filling. Disadvantages: The facilities are old and some of the paint and skin are peeling off. The floor of the room was not clean and there was a lot of debris left by previous guests. Although the soil here is large, the sofa and tabletop should also be wiped to get a layer of dust on them. There are supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants only a short walk from the hotel."

"Booked a room for two nights, the first night was on the first floor, the room was a bit musty and smokey, and the next day was transferred to the second floor, which was relatively good. Because I arrived at the hotel a little late on the first day and I was tired, I didn’t take a bath. When I wanted to take a bath the next day, I turned on the faucet and water heater switch. There was no hot water. I contacted the waiter. They came up with two people and said that it was tripping. We need to use a stool to see if the water heater power supply is plugged in. We are troublesome. Finally, I didn't take a shower. I don't know if the last customer responded to this situation? It's incredible that there is no hot water bath on a hot day! In addition, the waiters and floor attendants at the front desk, service awareness and concept need to be improved. The room is clean and tidy, the food is of high quality, the side dishes are rich in variety, and the parking is convenient."

The room size and cleanliness were good, and the breakfast was decent. Three drawbacks: 1. There were too few power outlets in the room; there was only one on the desk, which was quickly filled with a small smart speaker. 2. There was considerable distance between the foot of the bed and the wall; adding a bench would have provided ample storage space for guests' belongings. 3. The laundry room only had one washing machine and one dryer, which was insufficient. Guests had to wait until midnight to do their laundry, and the washing machine door couldn't be closed properly, causing water to leak out.

Going to Ruoqiu through Minfeng to live here, the hotel facilities are OK, the bathroom is dry and wet partition is good. The front desk customer service was intimate and enthusiastic, in addition to the room card, we also prepared a power card for us. Hotel location is relatively biased, but quiet. There are two restaurants in the surrounding area, one is on the edge of the hotel, and a Sichuan restaurant is nearby.

The staff at the hiya hotel were extremely hospitable and helpful, especially having never had foreigners stay in their hotel. The room was clean, no smells and just as advertised. We would highly recommend this hotel to both chinese and foreign tourists.
