"I stayed here for about three weeks. The location was great, close to the station. The nearest station was at the end of the line, so it was convenient to be able to sit wherever I went. The hotel room was very spacious, and it was cleaned nicely on the first day. However, from the second day onwards, the drains were not cleaned or vacuumed, so if garbage accumulated in the drains, I had to clean it myself. Also, while inquiries were responded to promptly, there were times when towels were not changed or tissue paper was not replenished. Overall, I was satisfied considering the price. Please note that there is no refrigerator or kettle for long-term stays."

"Very spacious room with big windows which can be opened wide. Perfect location in the very city center. 15 minutes walk from railway station. No minibar or refrigerator. Highly recommend to visit Monschau, it's like a fairytale village (1 hour bus, the bus station in 7 minutes from hotel)."

"Had the worst night's sleep ever here. Didn't realise it was a hostel when booking it and was woken on Easter Sunday morning at 4am by loads of shouting teenagers and just as you drop off at 5am it starts again. We had an early train to catch out of Aachen, so this was really disruptive. Walls are paper thin too, the only upside was you couldn't hear anything outside through the windows! No tea or coffee in the room, just a basic room with shower and separate toilet area, no storage area for luggage either. There was a bar area in the reception. Be mindful that Trip.com does not have this place listed as a hostel."

This hotel is located in the center of Aachen. Everything is nearby. It is very clean. The food was great also. What we were not very satisfied of was the service. They don't have a refrigerator in the room neither a phone. We called them from an outside line to ask for an extra banket. They asked as to come down to the reception desk to get it or we would have to wait for a while. This does not seem like a room service to me. The next morning we went down to the lounge and asked just for a coffee, since breakfast was not included in our reservation, and they asked us to go outside of the hotel, get one from a coffee shop and bring it to the hotel to drink it. Odd! The other day, in the same occassion they said that we could order one and they would bring it to the lounge for us. All these happened with a very friendly and polite staf. Anyway.

Convenient transportation, beautiful environment, friendly and enthusiastic staff. The rooms are warm and elegant, the gym is fully equipped, the swimming pool is clean and clear, and the leisure and entertainment facilities are complete. The location is excellent, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and the price is very high. I will choose here next time

Perfect central location and staff was prompt to fix an issue with my booking so I could check in. The A/C is controlled individually from each room which is great. Mattress was way too soft and uncomfortable unfortunately. There was a mattress topper added probably to help but it didn't at all.

The location is still quite good. You can walk or take the bus quickly from the train station. Opposite the Opera Theatre Theatre Post Office, there is dm nearby, and there is a supermarket and Media markt selling electronic products. There are several bars on this side of the hotel. It is also very convenient to go to church or pedestrian street or bushof from here. The room was a bit small, but enough, enough to enlarge the suitcase and clothes. Clean and clean. The bar downstairs is very large and the price of a cup of tea is OK. I hope the hotel will continue to stay here next time I return to AC.

Location is excellent, right off the square overlooking the cathedral right in the heart of Aachen. Room was nice and large. There was no personal service, didn't see a member of staff at all. we knew a cleaner had been but thats it. Needs modernising. No aircon, small fan was provided but it did not do much to help. No usb socketed power to charge phones near bed. Beds were very comfortable but needs extra pillows. bathroom was excellent.

A good, high-quality chain hotel. The room was spotlessly clean. The reception staff were very pleasant. But after 10 p.m., the code to open the front door didn't work, and the phone didn't always answer (it was 4 day). On Saturday, 1 November 2025, about eight people gathered at the hotel door (meaning I wasn't the only one with this problem). I am sure the reception passed the problem on... and then... ignored it! Please fix the problem with the code not working! People want to sleep in the accommodation they booked... not walk around all night... Good luck!
