"I was amazed by the spacious room of this hotel considering the extremely low price. While it doesn't have a coffee machine, the room and bathroom are very spacious and well designed. There was a splash stain above the desk though, which could've been easily fixed. The city of Konstanz give you a bus pass for the duration of your stay after paying the tourist tax, which is even more amazing. That's worth about 6€ a day. It takes about half an hour to the Bahnhof and you can easily go to any place from here, such as Mainau. When leaving your luggage, you'll get a tag and ticket and was asked if there was anything fragile in it, which is reassuring! Would go back for sure!"

"No baby bed was offered to us. Given the bed configuration in the room (two single beds pushed together), getting a baby to sleep isn't exactly easy. The beds, moreover, have mattresses that are too soft, and I think they're actually filled with water, which, beyond comfort, could be recommended. The bathroom doesn't have a door, so there's no room for privacy..."

"The Riva has been our go-to venue for very upscale family events for many years. Not big ones, of course—we couldn't afford those—but for special occasions. And so it was this time: a milestone birthday. There were four of us. A very pleasant atmosphere, attentive service, and a fantastic location. I didn't even use the spa, as we were only there from Saturday to Sunday, but my daughter did, and she loved it. Dinner was also excellent. I had the vegan option, which was good. The others had everything from fish and meat to vegetables. The hotel is worth the price, but you have to be able to afford it and want to stay there."

Bett ist sehr gemütlich. "The Hotel is one of those self-check in types, without a reception. We hadn’t received the code at all, so we had to phone the service number. Person on the phone was good and gave us the code. Very comfortable bed and large room, excellent for the price we paid. In a pretty quiet area surrounded by office buildings, and business parking. Very close to Train station, but not too much around. Cons: Could have been a little bit cleaner, there was hair in the shower drain for example, and a few things didn’t work: a lamp, heated towel rail, the shower door was also missing."

The hotel is very clean and the room is quite big. The view from the balcony on the top floor is beautiful and you can watch the sunrise and sunset. About 5 minutes walk from the train station, breakfast is generally OK, but compared with the several hotels we stayed in a few days ago, breakfast is still much worse. And the reason why Constanz may be close to Switzerland is that hotels are more expensive.

The front desk is very nice. The hotel is not in the city center, but it will take ten minutes to send a bus coupon. It can be used for two days. Although we are useless, there are Oaldi and lidl and gas stations around. Parking is free and especially good. The room is large. Breakfast is OK. Self-driving recommendation. I like Lake Boden too much. It's over!

We booked Superior rooms, but the room did not like (Dark, next to the lift). For a de luxury room we had to pay €88 per night. The room was bright and had a beautiful view of the Rhine. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, but the staff at the reception was not professional and arrogant. At breakfast the staff was completely overloaded.We had to wait 30 minutes for a cappuccino. Overall, staff do not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel.

The hotel's location is truly excellent. Right in the city—it really couldn't be better. The staff is consistently extremely friendly. When problems arose, they immediately sought solutions and helped. The service at reception was very good. The breakfast service could definitely be improved. For example, the tables weren't cleared. Only when breakfast was over did the staff come with a trolley and clear all the tables at once. So even if you were served a second coffee, the empty cups usually remained on the table. Therefore, the staff here should be retrained. There was always enough space to sit. The room furnishings have seen better days ;-) As a lady at the reception said, they are gradually being renovated. Conclusion: Suitable for a short break if you don't have too high expectations. I would stay in a renovated room again anytime.

The hotel is in a very old house. The elevator does not reach the floor and you need to climb half a floor. The location is perfect, directly opposite the train station. The nearby cafes are great. It is on the shore of Lake Constance. It is the Christmas market and people from far and near come here. , very lively

In its favour, the hotel is extremely well situated, a couple of minutes from the train station and 3 minutes from the centre. It’s clean and modern. Part from that, nothing special. Rather unfriendly.  Average breakfast. No kettle to make  tea and coffee in the bedroom. Snacks and drinks in the minibar overpriced.

The triple room, like a suite, has a large bed (two quilts), and the sofa in the living room has turned into a double bed. This trip is a cheap hotel, there are shopping malls, Burger King, Chinese food, etc. nearby. The breakfast is also good. Free parking. The location of the hotel is not in the busy district, and the old city is separated by a bridge. In the past few minutes by car, you need to pay for parking in the city. The price is about five euros for three hours. The urban area is nothing special. It's okay to pass the stop on the way.
