"check-in has to be exactly at 15:00 and we were there 10 minutes before 15:00 they still didn't let us check-in early (which doesn't makes sense since so many hotels allowed early check-in if the room is ready) so why bother let the guests wait longer outside? and the housekeeping didn't knock our door at all in the morning and just came in our room while we were asleep. also no fridge whatsoever to store cold drinks"
