"The only downside I would say is that in the recent heat wave, this room is a bit hot. Other than that, I feel like I have everything I need from this room. It's close to the metro, there's a supermarket literally 3 min away and city center is like 20 min walk if you don't want to take the metro."

"its walkable distance from the hbf and the tram is just outside the hotel. breakfast is the same for both days we stayed. spread was okay, not alot. not much things around if you arrive on sunday because most places are closed, but there is a mall just beside the hotel. toilet is clean but no toilet amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste provided, only shampoo conditioner and shower gel. no bedroom slippers either. but you may purchase them from front desk. space is not too big, but still can open two luggages in each corner. bed is comfy, ac and heated shower was good."

"Overall, we had a good stay at the hotel. The highlight was definitely the staff—they are incredibly nice, helpful, and showed wonderful hospitality throughout our visit. . However, there were a few downsides to our stay. First, we had requested a room with twin beds, but upon arrival, we were given a room with one big bed instead, the staff Yasir was kind enough to try compensatingus with other little better setup room. Second, the ground floor rooms do not have air conditioning (A/C). Since the daytime temperature in Stuttgart during our stay was quite hot (reaching over 30°C), the room got uncomfortable. Lastly, the parking lot costs €20 per night, which felt quite expensive. Despite these issues, if you are looking for a well-located budget option with great service, it is still a solid choice. Just be sure to double-check your bed configuration and the weather if you book a ground-floor room!"

One major issue was the €22 per day charge for parking. Many comparable hotels offer complimentary parking as a standard courtesy, so this felt unnecessary. Another inconvenience was the lack of daily replenishment of bottled water in the room. This is a small but basic amenity that many hotels provide, and its absence was noticeable. Additionally, the room itself felt quite old and in need of some updates. It didn’t quite match the standard expected for the price. On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located near a Rewe supermarket, just about 2 to 3 minutes away, making it easy to grab any essentials. Overall, these added costs, the room's condition, and the overlooked details made the stay feel less guest-friendly and not quite worth the price."

"The lobby is beautiful and upscale. Free iced lemon water, croissants, and apples are available all day. The elevators always wait with their doors open, making it easy for guests to step right in; you need your room card to go up to the guest floors anyway. The breakfast restaurant is quite spacious, adorned with tasteful black and white photos depicting local scenes. The food selection is good, though not overly extensive. A special touch is the honeycomb available with the honey. The hot food section offers warm plates, and empty dishes are cleared promptly, giving it an English service feel. In the evenings, the bar and restaurant are open. The room itself is clean and well-maintained. The layout is practical for storing belongings. The bedding is relatively new, freshly laundered and neatly pressed. The towels are also quite new. While daily room cleaning isn't provided, they do clean and change all duvet covers, sheets, and towels after three days. For transportation, within a few hundred meters, you'll find the subway, bus, and main train station. There's also a large shopping mall (besides clothing and daily necessities, it features various restaurants, beverage counters, a supermarket, and at least two Chinese restaurants offering noodles, steamed buns, etc.). The famous Stuttgart City Library, a popular spot, is right next to the mall. The hotel's surroundings are filled with new, beautiful, and modern buildings, offering pleasant views."

"The hotel was great; it was close to the station, the room was spacious, and it had both a shower and a bathtub. However, I received an email saying I could check in online after the check-in time, but when I went there about 20 minutes later, I was told the room wasn't ready yet. Also, the musty smell of the shower curtain filled the shower room, which was quite unpleasant."

"An excellent hotel for both its facilities but mainly by the super friendly welcome of the personnel. Amazing service care from a French guy managing the lobby !! To highly recommand."

"Great location, 1min walk from u-bahn, one station from hbf. Clean room, with washing machine and full kitchen included. Safe and quiet at night. Drawbacks: The structure of my room is weird, making the living room dark at night, with only one lamp. No door dividing the shower area, so the bathroom is full of water after each bath. The shower broke down during my accommodation, I asked them to fix it, and they didn't. After lots of chaos they offered me to change the room, and I decided to put up with it and use the rainforest instead. In conclusion, not bad if the shower incident hadn't occurred. The service is of great altitude, but not so practical in case of real problems."

"Pros- Funky hotel in a central location. You can walk to the city center. Very close to U6 tram which goes directly to the airport. Stay at room 520 for for nights. The room was spacious with bright lights. The bed was big and comfy. The staff is young and energetic. Cons - breakfast lack varieties. Send message to staff via tablet/ipad provided in the room but no response. The fridge was not working."

"The lobby is quite large and bright. Overall, it's quite comfortable and nice. The room is a bit small, but there's a small windowsill next to it, so you can put your things there without taking up too much space, which is convenient!"
