"Location is about 10 - 15mins walk to the Central train station. So if you plan on traveling outside Colmar, this is a pretty good location. It is also around 10mins walk to the Little Venice canal and old town. So yeah, location is convenient. The room is basic; no kettle, no fridge, no toothbrush/sandal. But you pay for what you get anyway."

"Lovely hotel. makes you feel almost like you're staying in one of the traditional Alsatian cottages with the brightly color themes. Although the modern decor is a stark contrast, obviously. Has all the basic amenities, even electric sockets inside the luggage storage lockers incase you arrive earlier than check-in time, etc. Re-heatable meals available round the clock are another great plus. Breakfast is basic but has all the food groups to start your day refreshed. Outside of breakfast, which serves fruit juice, no non-alcoholic beverages are availble for accompanying a late-night meal."

"The staff were generally friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient, with plenty of tourist attractions nearby. You'll also find numerous shops and street stalls selling clothes, shoes, and handbags, plus a wide variety of ice cream parlors and restaurants."

"I had a really nice stay at this hotel and honestly, the highlight has to be the view. It’s absolutely stunning—you get a clear look over a charming little town, all surrounded by huge, dramatic mountains, which makes the whole place feel peaceful and almost postcard-perfect. Waking up to that scenery each day was definitely something special and added a lot to the overall experience. The service desk staff were consistently friendly and polite, which made check-in and any interactions smooth and pleasant. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary sparkling and still water provided—it’s a small detail, but it does make you feel a bit more taken care of. The room itself was comfortable and had some really nice features, especially the bathtub with a built-in jacuzzi, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day. There were a few minor downsides, like the heaters not working, but surprisingly it never felt too cold at night, so it didn’t really affect our comfort. The safe also wasn’t working, which was a bit inconvenient. That said, these were relatively small issues compared to the overall experience. Between the incredible views, comfortable room, and friendly service, it was still a very enjoyable and memorable stay."

"A wonderful hotel in a fantastic location, very close to the Little Venice area of Colmar. It’s important to reserve a parking space for your car before arriving at the hotel. The check-in process was incredibly fast, and we received a very warm and friendly welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms are clean and spacious. We stayed as three people and were very comfortable. There is also a free water station next to the lobby elevator, which is a nice touch. The breakfast was good, with a sufficient variety of tasty options. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Colmar."

"Love this place! The hotel is huge!! The place is very convenient and service is excellent! Love all the staff working there who were very patient, friendly and kind. Maybe if only there was a microwave but the place is very spacious and the toilet is especially amazing"

"The hotel is located in the heart of Colmar, at the town's entrance and exit, making it easily accessible. However, parking in the town is extremely difficult. I was incredibly lucky; a car was just leaving its spot, and I immediately pulled in. The hotel itself is a famous Colmar landmark and an antique. The rooms are small, but the furniture is classic and exudes an aristocratic atmosphere. The hotel restaurant is a Michelin one-star restaurant; we had venison for dinner, and the wine was also excellent. The hotel is surrounded by tourist attractions, with flowers in full bloom. The hotel is very close to all the attractions, just a few minutes' walk away."

"Nice little hotel for a stopover. The price was excellent regarding the season and the hotel was full. The breakfast is very simple so you could get better in a nearby bakery. For the location, you will need a car as it is on a suburban area. The people were really nice by the way"

"Lovely room on the third floor, which we think had just been refurbished. It looks as though there is a refurbishment programme ongoing as you could see new mattresses and furniture on each floor when using the stairs, so the top floor had already been completed. The only issue we had was with the air-con as the room was a little warm. Breakfast also wasn't especially palatable, so wouldn't bother with that again as there are lots of lovely patisseries close by (including one next door to the hotel). Great location and you can park for free on the surrounding streets between 7pm & 9am."
