The welcome was perfectly professional, much like what you'd expect from a Mama Shelter hotel. The room is spacious and features modern decor. An umbrella is provided (which can certainly come in handy in Brittany!), but there are no facilities for coffee, tea, or hot beverages. There's a mini-fridge with two bottles of water and a safe. Please note that a €50 per day deposit is charged immediately and refunded within a few days after your departure."

Breakfast has good variety. There is a small gymnasium room with treadmill and bicycle. Staff are friendly. Walking ~ 15 -20 minutes can access the tourist spots like the Cathédrale Saint-Pierre, canal, Musée des Beaux-Arts de Rennes and high street restaurants and shops. Overall excellent stay."

"I really enjoyed this Ibis. All the basic amenities are there: a clean bathroom (no mold!), a comfortable bed, thick curtains so you can sleep in longer, and breakfasts that, while not very varied, are certainly filling. The air conditioning worked perfectly. We were grateful that we were able to have breakfast earlier than usual as we had an early departure. The hotel's location might be a bit of a drawback compared to the city center, but if your goal is to explore the surrounding areas, having the train and bus stations within walking distance is fantastic! The kind staff at the front desk are also worth a mention. With all these positives, the hotel is also a budget-friendly option (80 euros per night for two, including breakfast). Everything was excellent! I recommend this hotel."

The room was compact but the minimum required was secured and clean. １ The floor is a bar and there are several houses around, and supermarkets and restaurants are also nearby, so it is very convenient. I think that people who go to Mont Saint Michel can stay, but it was good that buses and rental car shops can be accessed within 5 minutes walk."

No elevator, two floors to climb with suitcases, a bit difficult if you're alone."

Within the category of hotel chains and budget aparthotels, the best we have tried. The facilities are very good, despite being somewhat outdated. However, the room has good space, with details and a very good price. I recommend it.

The hotel is located in the city center – a bit far from the train and bus stations (not a big deal, we always walked), but very close to the historical sights. The interior is very pleasant, the staff is wonderful, there's an elevator and a luggage storage area. The room is small but quite pleasant; there was even a kettle. There were some minor issues, like a leaky shower, but I think those were minor. We were quite comfortable here.

Good location, excellent surroundings, fairly large rooms, no separation of wet and dry areas, spacious lobby, acceptable hygiene, but mediocre service. I wonder if they do not approve of guests who make multiple reservations but only stay for one night, and will ignore them even if they are notified of their needs many days in advance.

Booked a two-bedroom apartment, actually next door to the hotel. Remodeled from the old room, there is no elevator, the corridor is narrow, and the window at the stairway cannot be closed. The room is spacious and can accommodate six people. There is a kitchen and washing machine. WiFi signal is very poor. Breakfast is good value for money and the service staff is good.

The location is excellent in the old city part, very close to my convention place with many restaurants nearby. The hotel building is old, with only one one-man elevator. The shower is very bad: a small tube just enough for one person standing. The water was small and the hot water was not hot enough. During my stay, the internet did not work. There were two nights with noisy party nearby until 2:00 am. The hotel is a 2.5 star than the 3-star hotel.

The hotel was very comfortable and was very comfortable. We had a room with a bathroom with a shower open, toilet just 2 cm. Not very convenient if you want to do a shower and another wants to do your needs ^^. We did not choose breakfast when booking, however we wanted it but no information in the room to inform us and motivate us to go there (except a price card) so we had to search on the internet. Fortunately nearby, a Leclerc and McDo were at our disposal (at least 50 metres walking so super well located!)
