Messina Hotels with Wifi

If I could give this place 20/10 for service, I would. When we arrived at the location, we were in a complete state of panic as we thought we had been scammed by the gas station up the road. After checking us in (a few hours early), the receptionist kindly accompanied us back to the gas station and helped us translate between Italian and English, clarifying the misunderstanding of the situation. This was exceptional service and kindness we were not expecting. The room itself was incredibly luxurious - we actually had 2 bedrooms (family suite) for 2 people. The walk-in wardrobe was a delightful surprise, although we didn't stay long enough to enjoy it. As we were both working while on holiday, the study desk in each room gave us the privacy and space to do our meetings and work independently. The bar fridge was useful for us to store our salads, snacks and bottled drinks. The bed was super comfortable and we had a very restful sleep. The pillows were also the right height. Thankfully, there was air conditioning - our previous hotel did not. We slept like babies. The bathroom had all the amenities, including a hairdryer which is essential for me. Best for last - breakfast the next morning was an absolute feast. The continental style breakfast spread was generous and we indulged in pastries, yogurt, fresh fruits and marvellous coffee. I believe everything is baked fresh in house. As we checked out, we were even gifted a bag of pastries to take on our journey with us. ＜3 I highly recommend this place, and I am ever grateful to the wonderful hospitality we enjoyed here.

Ringrazio molto Antonella e Rosario per l' accoglienza e l interesse. Siamo stati in altri b&b nel nostro viaggio ma durante il soggiorno siamo stati dimenticati. Lo staff si è dimostrato interessato che andasse tutto bene. Ho apprezzato molto l' eleganza e la pulizia. La stanza molto ampia, letto e cuscini non lasciati al caso: comodi e confortevoli. Un piccolo frighetto in camera e una graziosa area comune per una piccola colazione o un caffè è stata altrettanto gradita.

Nice homestay near the harbour. Easy to reach and within walking distance from the main spots.

The room is large, and the ventilation system is good. The host is very helpful and will tell you how to access to the building step by step by phone call. You can also contact her via WhatsApp. Overall it’s good with its location, as it’s located in the city center with a walkable distance to restaurants and train station. However, if you afraid of hot, the room isn’t suitable for you as they don’t have AC. But two fans are in the room which is also ok for us as it’s windy. It’s a shared bathroom apartment, but overall the bathroom is clean because two rooms share one bathroom which is also okay. They will clean the bathroom every morning so overall it’s not bad!

Location is very next just 5 mins walk from train station. Room is nice and aircon is ok! Staff are nice.

First of all, the host is kinder and very polite. I contacted before check-in and was able to enter the room smoothly. The room is very clean and fashionable design. Especially the shower room is large and you can spend very comfortable. Thank you for your welcome drink. He also arranged early check-in and check-in after check-in due to the convenience of arrival time. I want to recommend it to everyone.

The room is a bit small, the facilities are good, one person is OK, not soundproof. The sound of the washing machine next door can be heard. It is estimated that I will snoring and will attract many people to scold. Breakfast is a cup of coffee and a croissant, enough.

Check-in took two minutes, the receptionist was very professional. We got the key and clear instructions to our room, and the wifi password. The room was functional, but good enough for the purposes. The bed was large enough and comfortable. The room's windows faced the water, and we enjoyed seeing the ferry from the balcony when we opened the window. The room also had a working desk which was good, as we needed space to do some computer work. The bathroom amenities were ample, and we had plenty of fresh linen. Breakfast the next morning was a HUGE spread. Among all the hotels we stayed in Sicily, this one had the most food on offer. The waiter at the coffee station was commendable - we ordered a hot chocolate and the effort he put into making the perfect cup just made our day. I want to make a special mention to the lady at reception. I left my passport in the room after we checked out, and didn't realise it until over an hour later. I rang in a state of panic and she calmly reassured me that they had found it and she was holding on to it for me. Despite the slight language barrier, she communicated compassion perfectly. When I reached the hotel, she handed it over with the kindest smile, and that immediately dialled down my stress levels. 5/5 is not high enough for the service rating of this place, I would give them 10/5 if I could. And the lady at the front desk needs a promotion.

The location is very good, less than five minutes walk from the station. Although it is an old hotel, the decoration is very stylish. The only regret I was a little sorry that the room I stayed in had a heavy smell of smoke. The English at the front desk on duty was not very good, so I didn't change the room. It is commendable for breakfast and spacious room size.
