"I stayed here on a solo trip. It's a new hotel that's very clean and well-kept, and I had a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet was included and the food was delicious! The robe was separated into top and bottom halves, making it easy to put on, and some people even ate breakfast in their robes. There was also a large public bath, but I didn't use it this time. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"The hotel is very big, clean, and beautiful 😍 The staffs at the counter r friendly and very helpful. They are able to speak simple English which makes the communication smooth and it’s definitely a big plus for the hotel 👍 However, this hotel is a bit far away from the city center. And most importantly, THE TAXI 🚕 DRIVERS OUTSIDE THE HOTEL . They are WAY TOO RUDE TO US. They park their car at the hotel entrance and block the way. We would like to drop off our luggage first but the TAXI DRIVER CHASE US AWAY WITH A VERY BAD ATTITUDE . We hope the hotel management will take note on this and take appropriate action to prevent similar incidents from happening for the future guests. Overall all is good 👍"

"It was nice that they offered a welcome drink. They also had a lid so I could take it home when I checked out. The curry for breakfast was delicious. There wasn't much parking, but I was grateful that I could park there for free. I arrived just before 11pm, but there was one car available, which was nice. The accommodation fee was also quite reasonable, so I was very satisfied."

"There is a parking lot nearby, but it fills up quickly, so I had trouble finding a parking space depending on the time of day. The smell of the bathroom and towels in the hotel bothered me a little."

"Some of the rooms are old and the restaurant lobby feels a bit cramped. Dormy Inn’s free ramen and lactic acid drinks are very considerate"

"There are plenty of services available, such as unlimited manga reading and free dinner. The rooms are also spacious, and the bathtub is large enough for one person to use. I'd like to stay again."

"Very clean and comfortable. It was very cold, so I was very grateful that plum kelp tea was in the amenities. Check-in and check-out by machine, but the people at the front desk kindly supported me and I was able to rest assured. Thank you."

The sound of the train passing by is not very loud!  Their friendly service made me have a pleasant stay experience!"

"This was my first time using the hotel, but the South Wing has separate large public baths for men and women, free parking, and even breakfast for two people for just ¥6,620 - an unbelievable price! I hate to point out any negative points at this price, but 1) the water temperature in the large public bath for both men and women was too warm, 2) the unit bath in the room smelled bad, and 3) the breakfast menu was limited. That's about it. The staff were also very polite, and I would like to use the hotel again."
