"I'd only ever experienced traditional Japanese-style hot spring inns before, but I really liked the Western-style atmosphere. I was especially satisfied with dinner. The hotel's hot spring was good, but the hot springs at the nearby inns that are part of the Awaji Group were even better. If you're staying at Shimahana, I think you should definitely try the hot springs at the other inns as well. The staff's service was polite, but it was typical hotel service, different from a traditional hot spring inn (though I suppose that's a matter of personal preference). It was cloudy during my stay, so I couldn't see the sunrise, but I imagine it would have been amazing if I had."

"Like the unique concept as a hotel. Enjoyed it very much. Especially the hairdryer. I must say every bit is very well thought out for creature comforts. "Our stay started pleasantly with a polite welcome at the entrance! It was fun to be able to choose our favorite kimono design! In-room dining was not available as advance notice was required, but the dinner venue was very clean and modern. There were some older game consoles installed, and we were able to play on them, something we hadn't seen in a while. We stayed in a Japanese-style room with an ocean view, and the sunsets and sunrises were beautiful. Best of all, we could hear the sound of the ocean all the time, which was very relaxing. The most impressive thing about this inn was the food. The sashimi was delicious, and the selection was plentiful, so we were very satisfied! The morning buffet offered both Japanese and Western dishes, and the desserts were delicious! The beach was right next to the inn, so we enjoyed ourselves even when we were tired! The staff were also very polite, and it was an inn that we truly wanted to stay at again!"

"I had an amazing stay at Hanagoyomi Hotel! The highlight was definitely the food—both breakfast and dinner were delicious, made with fresh, seasonal local ingredients that really showcased the area’s flavors. "The hotel wants to praise the high quality of the buffet dinner food, especially the desserts are small and exquisite, you can try a few more. The staff's service attitude was thoughtful and enthusiastic, and they also took the initiative to introduce us to the lobby to play stall games after dinner. The atmosphere was lively. We won a large pile of candy and an oversized Awalu Island onion with a small change. But we did not vomit the following events. Our couple and three daughters had five people. They booked a double room and a triple room. Obviously, the price of a triple room was twice and a half of the double room, that is, we had paid enough for two people and three people. We participated in the hotel's free fishing activities as soon as we arrived. But the hotel provided two fish rods per room, even if it was dusk and many guests left and there were many remaining fish rods, and the staff theory was not working. Five of us had no choice but to use four poles, came and passed, chicken hands, duck feet, a fish could not be caught, these staff gathered around to chat, the whole process did not help, these service attitude is really rare in Japan. Originally, this fishing activity was the main reason for choosing this hotel, but it felt a very disappointing experience. 😔"

The service is very good. There is a shuttle bus to the station to help with luggage. Breakfast and dinner are delicious. Breakfast is buffet. The scenery is also beautiful. The private soup can watch the sunrise. It feels great. There is also a private fishing strip that provides fish gear. The fly in the ointment room has the noise of the machine. I feel that it should be the air conditioner because it is. Single-family villa, so the sound is a bit unavoidable. There is a wave dike, and the sound of the sea can hardly be heard. The noise can't be covered. Finally, I still want to complain. The first time I met someone who urinated in a public bath in my life, it really affected the experience. Go back to my room and watch the sunrise. It’s nothing to do with the hotel itself. The hotel is still worth staying for two days to experience.

Nice hotel nice location spoiled by **** lady staff. Maybe she really hate Asian. Everything is No! I asked how much the buffet as I was hungry upon checked in and saw they have food behind the counter. When I was going to find a seat outdoor with sea view, I was chased away by her without even given a menu or a chance to sit down. So rude!! I’m not there for free food or free seat!! I’m paying ok. The room at 2nd floor is blocked by the roof of the restaurant, waste my money for this stay.

It is an apartment-style room attached to the Haiyue Pavilion. The facilities of the Haiyue Pavilion can be used. There is a kitchen for use but no kitchenware, cups and dishes. It must be rented from the counter. The room smells heavy, and there is a coin-operated washing machine on the first floor. There is a supermarket not far away. It's pretty convenient.

I only knew that there were new and old museums. I stayed in the old one! The lobby is really nostalgic! The elevator can't go directly to the floor. It's very strange. You must go to half a flight of stairs or half a floor. You have traveled more than 100 times. The first time you have passed this situation. The elevator only goes to 1.5 floor, 2.5 floor. I stay on the 3rd floor. In fact, there is no big problem. Sea view room until sunset. The new hall is a lot of new net senior, but unfortunately I didn't pay attention when I booked the room.
