"I booked a premium economy twin room, which at 29 sqm was the largest room I had on this Kansai trip. It was the hotel I stayed at on my last day, and it was such a pleasant surprise! When I booked it, I thought it would be quite old, but it's incredibly well-maintained. The window overlooks the runway, but with double-layered, super thick soundproof glass, it's completely silent! You can't hear any planes taking off or landing! The toiletries provided are all Pola! The hotel is right next to Kansai Airport Terminal 1, accessible via a connected walkway, making early and late flights hassle-free. Mr. Nishikawa (if I remember correctly), the elegant front desk staff, even pronounced my name correctly using pinyin (so touching!) and gave me two sets of skincare samples. After dropping off my luggage, I headed straight to Rinku Town Premium Outlets, one stop before the airport, which is directly accessible via the Namba line. The shopping there is fantastic; I highly recommend dedicating at least an entire afternoon to serious retail therapy."

However, if you're carrying a large, heavy suitcase, the rough path might be challenging, but you can easily take a taxi. The hotel itself is spacious, quiet, and clean, offering a comfortable bed with high-quality bedding for a restful stay. It also provides excellent facilities and toiletries. Additionally, it offers a reasonable price for your stay. If you have an early flight, the friendly and helpful reception staff will gladly assist, including arranging a taxi and communicating in English to ensure a stress-free experience."

"The upside is free parking, but it didn't feel very good, and we arrived at midnight, so we couldn't rent a car until the next day. It cost 5500 yen to take an Alphard taxi, which was not close, and there were no cars around, so it was difficult in the morning. But the price is not expensive, it is still good."

"A very luxurious hotel with good size rooms. The Lawson convenience store is next to the hotel 2 minutes walk away. The hotel lobby is grand and very spacious. All required amenities are in the room, and toilet is very clean and spacious (Japanese standards)"

The ramen shop outside is delicious. It's a bit of a distance from the outlet mall, but right across the street is the beach, which is fantastic for ocean views. The room size is decent, definitely better than most hotels in Japan."
