"You need to walk 5mins from nearest place where car can drop off so be prepared to tip for hotel staff who arrange the help of luggages. Or just bring a backpack or small luggage. Without the luggage, location is good. Staff were very helpful and kind. Badr was very helpful 👍 Just didn’t like the toilet very much, like most similar accommodations in Morocco, no ventilation inside. It’s nice that room windows can be opened like all accommodations we had across Morocco."

"The first time I stayed in Moroccan-style ryad, I chose Ryad Nila in Shefshavan, and the experience was almost perfect for me. The Blue City itself is full of dreamy colors, and this hotel is more like bringing Morocco's gorgeous and meticulous, complete to my eyes. The first thing you feel is the uniqueness of the building. Ryad Nila's elegant and gorgeous design, from the lobby to the room, every detail is a traditional Moroccan beauty. Colored tiles, carved wooden doors, arched windows make it seem like you are in the scene of ”One Thousand and One Nights”. Although it is a little hard for travelers to climb the stairs to get to the room, when the door is opened, all fatigue is diluted by the beauty in front of you. This feeling of ”bitter first and sweet first” makes me cherish this stay more. Breakfast was another surprise. Every morning, the table was filled with a rich selection of fresh bread, Moroccan pancakes, honey, jam, olives, cheese, and hot mint tea. Sitting in the sun-drenched courtyard for breakfast, listening to the city slowly awaken, this leisure and satisfaction is one of the best moments of the journey. What makes me more unforgettable is the caring and enthusiasm of the hotel staff. They always smile, answer my questions patiently, and take the initiative to introduce me to the attractions and alleys of Shefshavan. When I found that the toilet in the room had no paper towels, they immediately arranged to make up, and the efficiency and attitude were reassuring. This meticulous service made me feel that I was not just a guest, but a friend who was sincerely taken care of. Finally, the rooftop is not to mention. When I walked up, the whole panoramic view of Shefshavan unfolded: the blue houses were stacked and extended to the foot of the mountain, and the sun was shining on the blue wall, shining with a dreamy light. At that moment, I almost held my breath because the picture was so shocking. Being able to overlook the entire Blue City on the rooftop is an experience that cannot be completely angular in words. It is not just a place to stay, but a place where people can really feel the soul of Blue City. Overall, Ryad Nila brought me a perfect Moroccan stay. The gorgeous architecture, rich breakfast, welcoming staff, and stunning views of the rooftop make up an unforgettable memory. Although the stairs were a little hard, this little challenge became part of the journey, which made me remember the experience more deeply. Absolutely very recommended and had to come."

"This small hotel in the Medina is only accessible by foot, about 10 minutes from the entrance. With large suitcases, it can be challenging to walk up the narrow, steep stairs to the upper floors. Nearby is the El Cielo restaurant, with a beautiful garden, decent cuisine by local standards, and slightly above-average prices. The room is small, cozy, but a bit worn. The curtains are a bit dusty and have holes, and there's a bit of dust on the furniture, but overall, everything is acceptable. A large bed (for one person) and air conditioning are available. The plumbing worked well. Worth the money."

"RIAD CHENGLI is definitely beautiful with exotic Moroccan decorated and newly furnished accommodation. It is located just 2 minutes from the gate, Bab El Ain, as the entrance of Medina. It’s also a walkable distance to the nearby attractions, like Spanish Mosque and the castle in Main Square with many groceries and restaurants at the vicinity. The room is very clean and well equipped with shampoo and shower gel in bathroom, in particular the warmth pad in bed which is the most important in cold winter. There is a rooftop terrance with charming view of the whole city and Rif mountain. The host is a Chinese who could speak fluent English and took care of what we need during the stay. The breakfast is a really big portion with various breads, pastries, eggs, cheese, olive and even fried rice. Highly recommended."

"Отель не плохой, соответсвует фотографиям. Для тех, кто на автомобиле - хороший вариант. Есть парковка прям перед отелем. Формат мотеля. Без автомобиля неудачный вариант, добраться пешком хоть и не далеко, но очень не удобно. Завтрак был очень разнообразный и вкусный. И сок, и чай, и кофе. Все, что на фото, плюс яйца. Не понравилось в отеле то, что не было пододеяльника, а только простынка под одеялом. В Марокко в аутентичных местах так много где. И не понравилось, что не было посуды вообще никакой. Но попросили на ресепшене чашки и ложки и нам дали."

"The hotel is in the middle of the old city, very close to the square, 5 minutes walk from the car park. The hotel is clean and the staff is very nice. Breakfast is on the top floor terrace. The view and angle of the sunset on the terrace are very good!"

"I didn't expect this. The owners are great. Hotels aren't that clean, but this one is a real pleasure to visit. The linens are spotless, the furniture isn't broken, and the interior is beautiful. Special thanks for the terrace! The views are stunning. The food is excellent. Before the walk, I ordered a burger, and it was very good. Afterwards, I ordered a tagine, tuna salad, and a fresh juice. Very tasty and decent. My impression is definitely an A+!!! Respect and good luck to the guys!"

"The room was very clean and tidy. The shower was separated from the toilet and wash basin only with curtains, but it was wide 々 and the water did not splash. Muhammad was very kind and willing to accept me when I consulted about check-in after hours. Also, I was able to keep my luggage before departure. I also had a yoga class early in the morning, and my daughter participated, and it seemed very fun. The view from the terrace was also nice."

"The Hotel is Very well located, Just few steps from the Kasbah and the old town. It has lovely views from the rooms of the Rif mountains. The staff is very nice, they helped to relocate us in a different room, they speak various languages. Although I have to say they even though we saw the pictures of the Hotel online, the front desk lady, gave us the worst room, and the Hotel was almost empty due to low season. Being honest, this is NOT A 4 Star hotel. For many reasons, at best a 3 star and stretching it. The decoration and furniture are VERY OLD, the windows in our room where broken so they didn’t close well. The Bathroom mat had holes in it, and the closet doors didn’t close well too. Some of the hall decoration looked very sad and very used, also it lacked light in it. The breakfast was very poor in its variety, (no fruits, or vegetables, no yogurt or cereals). It’s not a bad place, but if you are looking for a 4 star accommodation or amenities, this is not the place for you. I don’t think it was a fair price for what they are offering."
