"We had a wonderful stay in the heart of Naga City! I booked a room for myself and my five kids, and they had so much fun at the pool. The food was also really good, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect—just walking distance to E-Mall and Plaza Rizal in Naga City. The staff were accommodating, approachable, and friendly throughout our stay. Our room was very clean and well-organized. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!"

"I enjoyed my stay overall and I’m satisfied with the hotel. The room and bathroom were clean and nice, and I also used the pool and gym which were both good. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and the staff was kind and welcoming. The only downside was that the AC in my room wasn’t very strong. Also, my room had a connecting door with the next room, so the sound insulation wasn’t great. We could hear the neighbors talking and their TV late at night. Aside from that, I had a pleasant stay and would still recommend the hotel."

"During our stay at Villa Caceres, since it was our first time, the people in the Front Office are very helpful when providing locations and assistance, as well as the Housekeeping staffs (the group of tall guy assisted us on adjusting aircon temperature, when we arrived in the room). We also arrived earlier than the check-in time but they have accommodated us (receptionist named Jen/Jean, i think). I have just noticed in the morning buffet that servers are quite not that attentive on their guests even though it was not busy, some tables are left unattended, although the selection of their food was nice. I hope that they pay attention on this feedback. Then location was accessible to the city, markets and transportation."

"My dad and I were looking for an accommodation just along the road, and we saw this one immediately, so the location is very convenient for travellers. I like GoHotels eco-friendly concept (no disposables, water is refillable, etc). They have free and safe parking for cars, which is always a main consideration for my dad. My dad enjoyed his stay, and he said that if he is travelling again and passes by Naga, he will choose to stay here. Thanks for accommodating us! ^_^"

"The place is nice, the location was good considering that we had to attend an event close by. The room we got was spacious but the amenities were old. The shower heater wasn’t working in our room and the door to the bathroom wouldn’t shut completely. All in all, it was okay for an overnight stay but a working shower heater would’ve helped me during my early morning shower. It was super cold!"

"This place is best for nearby gala. It is just around the corner. And easy to locate and access to terminal. The place is nice and quite. "One of the best customer service I have encountered, they have welcome fruits and pastries. It is located in an area where a lot of commercial establishments are built. This hotel ha as 3-floor gym so for those who are gym enthusiasts, this is a good hotel for you to choose. "Such a nice hotel to stay. Quite place, clean and nice staff. The price was cheap also compared to other hotels in Naga. I was late when I checked in because my flight arrived at legazpi airport was 6pm. We stayed here with our friends. We used the pool to hang out which is fun but a heads up, their pool is 5ft and above. There is a kiddie pool but It would be nice if the adult pool starts at least 4ft. Considering Filipinos average height isn’t above 5ft 🙂

Location is good. Customer service is okay too. However, the actual room and its facility is not okay. I would not recommend the place for those having problems taking a flight of stairs nor the ones with heave luggages as there's no elevator. The bathroom is not good at all. Although there's a heater, the water pressure's not quite suitable with it. There were no toiletries provided. No TV at all. Not even complementary bottles of water. If given a chance to look for a better place to stay, I would look for another one.
