"Very close to Porto train station. The room was clean and modern, equipped with a kettle and a capsule coffee machine. I loved the scent of the shower gel and shampoo. If you're driving, you can use the hotel's paid parking garage, but the ramp is quite steep, which might be tricky for new drivers. From the window, you can see the home stadium of the Porto football team. There are also several large supermarkets nearby. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area."

"The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with this particular room type also featuring a small balcony. The bathroom facilities were well-appointed and impeccably clean. Breakfast was buffet-style, offering a wide variety of dishes, though the selection remained largely the same day after day. The dining area and the hotel's overall ambiance were stylish and comfortable."

"From the moment I landed, I knew this stay would be special. I was collected from the airport in a luxury Jaguar , (completely free) and transported again at departure, including complimentary trips to and from the city centre. Actual VIP treatment from start to finish .... something I have never experienced anywhere else. Because my flights didn’t match standard hotel times, the team kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, which took away all travel stress and made my stay even more comfortable. That flexibility meant everything to me. Every single staff member was amazingly warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Although I sadly didn’t manage to catch the names of the wonderful ladies at reception, they were absolutely incredible and deserve huge praise. Special mention to Tomas — such a professional, friendly, standout member of the team. I later found out his birthday was on Thursday 4th, and I wish I had the chance to say Happy Birthday before I left! The location is perfect — close to shops, cafés, and restaurants, making it easy to explore Porto while still enjoying a calm, comfortable stay. The room was immaculate — spotlessly clean, cosy, and beautifully prepared. And the amenities were next-level: Mini-bar, tea and coffee station with kettle, plush slippers, bathrobe, bottled water......everything thoughtfully provided. I was welcomed with a welcome drink on arrival, and a fresh fruit tray waiting in my room. Nothing felt standard, everything felt intentional. What truly sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. There is a clear sense of care, love, and purpose in every interaction and every small touch. You’re not treated like just another guest , you are genuinely looked after. I honestly cannot fault a single thing about this stay. Hotel Jaguar Porto combines luxury service with real warmth and heart, a rare find. If you’re heading to Porto and looking for an experience that goes far beyond accommodation, this is THE hotel to book. 100% recommended. I will absolutely be back. ✨👏"

"The location is good, there is a parking space and an elevator that can be reached without going up the stairs first. It is clean and tidy. There are washing machines and dishwashers. It is a 5-minute walk to the most popular pedestrian street and Farmer's Market, which is very convenient. Maria at the front desk was very welcoming. We lost our door key and she promptly replaced it without any extra charge. Thank you."

"Не понимаю восторженных отзывов. По мне средний хостел. При бронировании была одна цена, при заселении сказали, что произошла техническая ошибка и запросили 10 евро доплатить сверху. Т.к. добиралась до него долго и сил искать новое жильё не было, пришлось оплатить. Считаю недопустимым такое отношение к бронированию. По сути это квартира, переделанная под хостел. Внутри темно, даже мрачно. Света не хватает, окна постоянно закрыты жалюзями. Кому-то может это нормально, мне не понравилось. Внутри комнаты, 2 санузла, кухня. Уборка нормальная, помещение чистое. Ресепшн на месте только до 17 часов. Можно заселиться дистанционно. Не понравилась постель- простыня в катышках с волосами. Как будто её не меняют. Расположен далеко от достопримечательностей, пол часа минимум надо идти пешком."

"Generally, it is a good hotel for living but you may need to climb a little bit to get to there from the metro station. Anyway, it is close to the city centre with a fair price. Besides, we have faced the issue with our room card for several times, but the good thing is the staff is friendly and helped us for fixing the problem."

"Just far enough from the busy crowded spots to feel peaceful, yet close enough to walk and or catch many different forms of transport. We booked planning to use the Sauna and Spa after a busy days sight seeing. Unfortunately they had time Limits that didnt allow such comfort, but that just made us do more in gorgeous Porto itself. The garden are well kept, a lovely, and not so small, green space to sit and enjoy the sunshine. Ana checked us in, she was wonderfully fun and full of so much helpful Information!! She gave us a fantastic, if not a little too ambitious itinerary for our short visit. And not one piece of advice Was wrong! Thankyou!! The apartments are nice, they have a warm grounding vibe. Everything Was comfortable except our bed, but that is always relative to who's sleeping in it. Well equipped for short stays, extra kitchen Equipment was available on request. But theres too many delicious options practically on your doorstep. We barely Even had coffee in our room. I would gladly return and stay at Apartments Oporto Anselmo again. And recommend"

"A very strange hotel. On the plus side, there's air conditioning, clean linens, and toiletries. A pleasant woman from Colombia at the front desk. On the minus side, there's no elevator, so if you're carrying heavy bags, you'll have to go up as you please. We had room 9, and the bathroom and the room are the same thing. It feels like you're sleeping in the bathroom. I was with my husband, who obviously knows me, but I still felt uncomfortable going to the bathroom. There are mirrors all around, and even if you don't want anyone to see you, excuse the expression, pooping, they'll still see you. So, couples on a romantic trip shouldn't be here, only seasoned married couples. The leatherette bed wasn't exactly fresh and had holes in it. Early check-in wasn't allowed."

"The Artcore Hotel has been one of the best hotels we have been hosting around the world. Destacate the friendliness of all the human teams, from Ines at the ckeckin, Patricia and her breakfast fellows, Bruno at the checkout and each of the people working at the hotel to take care of the least detail. Small details make a difference to other hotels The hotel opened a few months ago is characterized by its unique design, focused on art. It is perfectly decorated thinking of all details. The room is very comfortable, including free mini bar, very large and comfortable bed, radiant floor, etc. Dan wants to stay in the room and not leave. Breakfast at the letter is spectacular, made with best quality ingredients. The hotel is located 2 minutes walk from the metro and 10 minutes walk from the center of Porto. They should have more than all the qualifying. If we return to Porto, we will repeat. Thanks to all the staff for always taking care of us so well. ¡ You are the best!"
