"B2 is my absolute favorite! I always choose B2 whenever I travel. It offers great value for money, comfortable accommodations, and overall convenience. This was my first stay at this particular branch, and it was fantastic – it's newly opened, and I had such a good night's sleep. The bed was incredibly comfortable! The staff were very attentive and provided excellent service, which I really appreciate. Plus, this branch is beautifully designed, and the rooms are exceptionally spacious."

"This is what you can call a homey hotel, as it is built in a big contempolarly 2-storey house, with no elevator. There is only a staff at the front desk, so you may have to take care of yourself, even the staff is friendly and willing to help. We had a problem with the water heater, but they fixed it as soon as on the day we informed them. At their price with the service got, this place is still worthy to have a stay 😁"

"We came as family and booked our rooms (2 rooms with king bed) through trip.com. The hotel is quite relatively new and clean. However the service needs some improvements. When we got to the hotel, we asked if we could have our rooms near by each other as we travelled with small kids. The front desk told us that they are full and only have twin bed room which is connecting to the one bed room. However, we asked if the twins bed could be put together and if the hotel can use the blanket to over the bed so that the separation is covered and easy to sleep, but they said no they can only push the beds together and that was it. To us that was not helpful in my view. They can at least offer extra blanket which we can do it ourselves. We got one room on 3rd and one on 5th floor. We found that the hallway of the 5th floor had very strong smell (not sure what it was, but it smelled very strong like some sort of chemical). When reported to the front desk, she noted, but nothing seemed to happened as we could still smell it on the second day. The room on the 3rd floor (318) the AC was leaking and the water was all over the floor. Our son was running and almost fall over, but luckily he held on the wall and didn't tip over. We called the hotel and asked if they can send someone. The hotel staff came and fixed it, but still the AC still leaked the next day (see photos). I also asked the mechanic to check the smell on the 5th floor. It seemed what they did was to spray it with some air freshener to cover the smell. So i finally asked if we could move to the same floor even if it was a twin-beds room. It would be good if the hotel guard could help their guests when driving out to the street as sometimes when the cars are parked near the exit/entrance, we couldn't see the car coming very well, and this could be a road safety issue. Also when there is a heavy traffic, the hotel guard could help their guests to get in and out by stopping the car or asking the car to not block the entrance/exit. I found that the housekeepers were the most helpful staff at this hotel. They were genuinely kind and helpful. I wish the front desk could be a bit more genuine (without giving their guests the 'look”, but instead offer some support and help or alternatives. We want express our thanks to the housekeeper and the mechanic for their helpful service throughout our stay despite the issues that we faced during our stay."

"The Napalai Hotel has very spacious rooms. I initially booked a superior room, but the faucet was broken, so the staff upgraded me to a deluxe room. The room was clean and smelled nice, but the furniture was really old – much older than I expected. The snacks in the mini-bar were complimentary. As for breakfast, if 10 is the highest score, I'd give it 100! There were so many choices, and most importantly, it was absolutely delicious."

"Hotel Moco was fabulous, and is perfectly suited to stays in a popular area of Udon. The hotel is itself new with modern amenities and lovely staff, and parking is also available for guests to utilise. The market is very close with plenty of food, as well as restaurants and bars. We had breakfast included but didn't utilise."

"A very pleasant hotel. I stayed here for quite a long time. Not all staff speak English fluently, but they genuinely try to help, which is appreciated. The hotel is located a bit far from the “central” part of Udon, but that’s not really an issue — taxis are plentiful, and you can quickly get anywhere you need. Near the hotel, you’ll find many local shops where you can buy pretty much everything you need. The room itself is quite spacious, and the bed is comfortable — not too firm. Housekeeping can be done every day upon request. They also provide two bottles of water daily (even if you’re not in the room, they’ll leave them by your door), which is a nice touch. Be careful with food in the room — don’t leave it out for too long, or you’ll get a full parade of ants :) It’s not a big deal, but it might bother some people. Ants are common across Thailand, so this isn’t really the hotel’s fault. Overall, I recommend it. It’s not quite a full 5-star experience yet, but it definitely deserves a solid 4 stars."

"The bed was a bit on the firm side, and the air conditioning was quite noisy, which made it a bit difficult to sleep. The bathroom had no windows, so there was a lot of mold. However, having a balcony was a nice touch."

"One of the best value-for-money hotels in Udon Thani. There are promotions available quite often, making the stay even more worthwhile. The room itself is clean and comfortable, with a good shower. There is a slight smell in the room, but it’s not a big issue considering the price point. The sleep quality here is still excellent. The breakfast is definitely one of the highlights. If you enjoy local Thai food, you’ll love it here. There’s a wide variety of choices, and the menu doesn’t feel repetitive even for repeat stays. Highly recommended."

"This is a really great hotel! They truly value their guests and make you feel well looked after in every way. From the alms giving service to the welcome soy milk drink, and the excellent breakfast – everything was wonderful. They even gave us cookies when we checked out. I loved the soap so much, I bought several bars to take home!"
