Mersin Hotels with Wifi

"I had a pleasant stay at Divan Mersin Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast offered a good variety. My only issue was that the rooms had a noticeable smell of smoke, which was a bit uncomfortable. Overall, a very good experience and I would recommend this hotel."

"The hotel was cheap and well positioned, but room cleaning left a lot to desire, attached photos of how I found the bathroom, which seemed almost unclean, it was to say that it was saved thanks to the staff, Because despite my night arrival, the gentleman at the reception has made a lot of effort to help me, even not being our master of the cleaning available at that time, he has made a lot of personally setting my room and other praises to the very good breakfast Generally a good price quality, fantastic staff, excellent location, cleaning a little to review, would I book? Very likely, come to a foreign country and find people already doing four to help you overcome the small disadvantages of cleaning"

"Fantastic stay at Mersin Hilton! The hotel is right by the sea, offering stunning views. The staff provided excellent service, and the restaurant had a great variety of delicious food, including an amazing buffet. However, despite the temperature reaching 28-29°C, the rooms were still set to winter mode, so the air conditioning was not available. Other than that, everything was great. Highly recommended!"

"The staff were very friendly. There are many restaurants and amenities around, and there are taxi stops, so it was comfortable to take the airport bus. Breakfast was delicious and very good value for money."

"My experience at Noax Hotel in Mersin was very poor due to a serious incident that does not meet the standards of a five-star hotel. On April 24, I left the hotel at 6:00 PM for dinner and returned at 9:30 PM. Upon entering my room, I was shocked to find one person inside the room and another person in the bathroom. When I asked why they were there, they informed me that they were new guests who had just been assigned the room, despite clearly noticing that there were bags and clothes inside, indicating that the room was already occupied. According to their account, they had contacted the front desk to report that the room was not vacant. Nevertheless, the reception sent a bellboy to the room, who proceeded to collect all my personal belongings, including my clothes and luggage, and moved them to the hotel lobby without my knowledge or consent. I immediately went to the reception desk to inquire about why my belongings had been removed and why other guests had been assigned my room. The staff apologized and claimed it was a “mistake.” The duty manager also came and offered a verbal apology. However, what happened goes far beyond a simple administrative error. It constitutes a serious breach of privacy and a significant failure in professional conduct, especially considering that my belongings were handled in a careless and disrespectful manner, and that sensitive personal items, including my personal computer and documents, were in the room. This incident negatively affected my mood and caused discomfort throughout my entire stay. Despite my request for a formal written apology explaining the incident, none was provided, with the justification that it was merely a mistake and that my belongings had not been stolen. Based on the above, my evaluation of this stay is very poor. What occurred represents a serious professional failure that does not align with the standards expected from a hotel of this category."

"I liked the hammam, it was very clean. The breakfasts were delicious. The only downside is the location. It's located in the middle of favelas, and the walk to the sea is also through favelas. The view from any window is terrible."

"I don't know a beautiful hotel, some of them are missing as if there were no parking or they didn't put my car in the parking, I generally recommend that I be happy."

"Family hotel, very warm, parking at the door, not very convenient is no elevator, others are good!"

"Hotel was nice the staff are lovely but talk little English if you don’t talk Turkish downstairs they always had fresh Turkish tea I always seen the ladies cleaning room out it was nice little stay the rooms are comfortable"

"Great hotel. The deluxe room has a balcony, large area, quiet and hygienic, wide view, good breakfast, and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry. There is a park behind the hotel where you can walk. There are many places to eat around. There is a big mall about 8 minutes walk. It is super convenient to go to the beach and eat and go shopping. Easy to travel. Very recommended."
