"Good location close to the airport, has a free transfer to the airport shared with other hotels. From airport to hotel I had to wait 1.30 h for the transfer to come and call the hotel 5 times, and every time I was told the shuttle would arrive in 10 min.
The room is big and good, very nice location
Gym only machine is out of order.
Breakfast is basic but good, nice complimentary coffee available all day"

As his flight was delayed he came 12 am to hotel unfortunately stuff of the hotel was rude even thought they didn’t let my driver to get in they requested extra money I do understand for early check in payment but it was not early check in it was whole another payment don’t reccoment"

"Great location and friendly staff. Fast airport shuttle and great breakfast. It’s a new hotel with a great shower. But hotels sell a good night’s sleep and we hardly slept a wink. The air unit turned on and off throughout the night not keeping a consistent temperature. Too hot or too cold. The air unit was loud and kept waking us up. If this was repaired I would stay here again but no way to be sure so I won’t risk another night of bad sleep."

I wanted to share my experience of staying at a hotel near DFW airport. The location of the hotel was fair, with a very limited choice of restaurants and shops nearby. However, it was very close to the airport, with only around a 10 minute drive by Uber at a cost of around USD 15.
The reception welcome was very good, and the bar and lounge service was also nice. I was upgraded to a corner room, which was spacious and clean. However, the control of the shower was a bit worn and it was hard to accurately control the flow of hot water.
Overall, the hotel was a good choice for staying in the DFW area. Despite the limited nearby amenities, the proximity to the airport and the quality of the hotel's service made it a pleasant stay. Thank you for reading my feedback and I hope it is helpful for future travelers.

Estrella 星星The hotel is really close to the airport, very convenient if you have a connection. I would give 5/5 to the hotel but I had an issue with the shuttle, is really hard to know where does the shuttle stops at the airport, there is no information on the hotel's website neither on trip.com. I had to call to the hotel for indications, they only said: go to the pickup point. At the end I had to ask a person working at the airport and he told me were the stop was, but, when the shuttle arrived it didn't stopped and I had to take a $17 Uber.

Close to the airport, the environment is OK, the service is average, when I checked in to book a king-size room, they said there was no room, so I had to force a twin room, the breakfast was very simple, and it was difficult to wait for the bus

I read a review that says the elevator is old and the hall way smells a little. Those are not wrong, but the room was okay and the staffs were kind.
One cannot expect everything to be the best for this price because it was among the cheapest price around the airport.
If you are looking for a quality lodging, you will need to spend more.

Hotel is goed, met (~150) grote kamers, zelfs met keuken, koelkast en kooktoestel..echter geen bestek en potten en pannen gezien.
Verkijk u niet op het ontbijt, want dat is staand bij de receptie een bakje koffie met een koekje...
Airportshuttle 24/7 is er wel, maar gecombineerd met 10 andere hotels in North. Een half uur of meer wachten is niks als het wat tegenzit ..bel sowieso even het hotel dat u staat te wachten. Is de rondrit langs alle vleugels klaar dan is het ongeveer nog 20 minuten naar het hotel. Voor mij persoonlijk duurde.het van de koffer van de band tot het hotel ongeveer 1.5 uur....dat is veel te lang, vooral rond middernacht.
Hyatt, Marriot etc waren ondertussen al minstens 5x langs geweest.
