Middlesex County Hotels with Wifi

This Summer, I came to Harvard University to continue my professional studies, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have stayed in such a beautiful home during my week here. My host , Nicole, has been exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and caring. From the very beginning, I felt warmly welcomed. She even picked me up from the airport, prepared breakfast for me, and generously told me to help myself to anything in the fridge. She also made delicious homemade desserts for me, which made the whole experience feel even more special. I feel truly blessed to have been able to call this beautiful house my home for the week. The surrounding neighbourhood is peaceful, elegant, and very safe, giving me a wonderful sense of comfort whenever I come and go. Although I need to take a taxi to Harvard each day, I feel it is absolutely worth it. Having such a quiet and relaxing environment has allowed me to rest properly, reflect on what I have learned, and fully focus on my studies. My host has even kindly allowed me to use her study, giving me a perfect space to read, work, and prepare for my Harvard programme. Sometimes I genuinely wonder how I became so fortunate to find such a beautiful home and such a wonderful host. All I can feel is gratitude. This peaceful home, together with my host’s kindness and thoughtful support, has made my Harvard learning experience even more memorable and enjoyable. I was able to complete my programme feeling happy, focused, supported, and deeply grateful. Thank you once again to my wonderful host for everything you have done for me. Your generosity and kindness have made this week at Harvard a truly special chapter of my journey. ❤️🙏

The room was of comfortable size and I particularly appreciated that the room was made up daily. Friendly staff and good service in general.  The Grab and Go Bistro offered a good selection of breakfast choices, while the quality of dishes served at the Bisuteki (Japanese restaurant) by the lobby has much room for improvement, given the high prices! I also liked that the hotel is sandwiched between Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods Market, with a Blue Bikes dock just a couple mins walk from the lobby, very convenient.

It's quite convenient in Burlington, with shopping malls and various restaurants just outside. The room layout is very homely, very suitable for family travel and permanent residence!

The hotel itself has a good ambiance, but the service is absolutely terrible. For all Marriott hotels in the US, beware when booking: they don't just pre-authorize or freeze a deposit, they actually charge your card directly! They overcharged me $124. When I emailed them to inquire, they replied to the first email, stating it was for two days of parking + valet. However, when I replied again, telling them they made a mistake as I only parked for one day and provided evidence, they ghosted me completely – no more emails or phone calls! Ultimately, Trip.com reimbursed me $62, and I'm very grateful to them for being so responsible. But I still have to give Marriott a bad review. For such a large corporation, is a few hundred dollars really worth it? Such a low-class move!

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the subway, which is quite convenient, and the area is very quiet. On the second floor, there's an ice machine, a water dispenser, and a microwave, all very handy. There are also coin-operated washing machines and dryers. The only downside was that the bathroom kept flooding, and it took two requests for them to fix it, which was a bit frustrating.

The hotel I booked for the driver is not too far from the city center. It takes more than an hour to drive there due to traffic jams on weekday mornings. It is OK on weekends when there is no traffic jam and it only takes more than 20 minutes to drive to the city center.

I stayed here in 2018, and this time I stayed here again. It was still a great experience; the rooms were spacious and the hotel was clean. The only downside is that there are no shops nearby, except for a small convenience store on the first floor.

Lastly, if you are booking somewhere with a free breakfast because you are looking forward to it, this is not your place. They offered watered down sunny D, water, one type of muffin, bread, cereal, potatoes, gritty watery scrambled eggs, and some kind of “French toast casserole”. Not a yogurt or a meat choice in sight, with a big sign asking you not to bring breakfast to your room. That may be common- but in my opinion I should be allowed to bring back my children or mother a meal if they don’t want to come to the dining room, and if we are responsible enough to order takeout to our room then we must be responsible enough to have a light breakfast as well. For the price point, unappetizing breakfast, and the insect activity; I will next time choose a more franchised option. Sunrise from the room on the lake was a beauty though!

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making check-in and check-out easy. The breakfast selection is plentiful, parking is convenient and safe, the bathroom has great water pressure, and the rooms are clean, tidy, and very comfortable. Highly recommended!
