The location is average and the health status is okay. We were doing business there, so we chose. If you are traveling, it will be more troublesome, because a taxi to the city costs 30 US dollars, and it also costs 30 US dollars to go to Harvard University. There are no slippers and toiletries in the room, which is not found in American hotels, which is very strange. Breakfast is mainly cold meals. Just treat it as an express hotel. Don't compare it with Hilton in China, you will be disappointed.

Front desk staff rude especially young woman. Young man rude as well. Very unfriendly.
Kitchen staff and housekeeping very nice.
Good ok. Grill very good but buffet food boring. Expected more from Hilton

I've stayed at Embassy Suites across the country over the last 20 years and the entire chain has only gotten worse over those years. The breakfast was always the main draw because it was so good, but now it's just like every other hotel chain. The rooms are dated with no smart tvs and the sofa was extremely uncomfortable.

The first room we were in had smell of sewer backup. After they moved us to another room we had 2 fulls instead of a king. That room had several electrical outlets that did not work.

Took the vacation with my family for a new years getaway and come to find out that the pool wasn't working. Reason why was for maintenance. When i booked the room it didn't say that online. But when i got there was a different story. My kids little vacation was ruined. Another issue i had was there was no curtain on the windows (white curtains on the back side of the black out curtains) . Just the black out curtain which they didn't close all the way either. On check in hours there were no supervisor on the premises to take the complaints or solve any issues. Was really disappointed.

My family and I along with a multitude of other families chose to stay at this hotel due to the fact that they advertised pool and jacuzzi. When we arrived they told us the pool hasn’t been accessible for quite some time.

I booked my room December 9, 2023. One of the main reason to book because it had a pool but when we got there the pool was out of service. The weather was rain all 4 days and we were depending on the pool for our kids source of fun.
Second bad experience was with house keeping. 2nd day came back in night and found that the room was not cleaned by house keeping. Called the front desk and was told that we have to ask for it but again never told that we gave to inform in one day advance and the funny thing is that the person who was talking to me could have said that, second last day in the morning before leaving out asked for housekeeping and then they informed that we have to tell them in one day advance. Very disappointed and unprofessional communication.

Did not het two queen bed as requested instead got a sofa bed and a King bed which we were disappointed on.
