"Great location and the service by the front desk was exceptional"

"Wrote a review directly to the hotel so will keep this shorter. Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this"

"The hotel is located in the city center, a great place, the parking lot is big enough, the service staff is very friendly and welcoming, the room is good, the bed is full of comfort, but the steamed buns are too soft and not comfortable. In addition, there is still a shortage of the sink blocked after check-in, the phone contact counter staff to inform the situation, the back row maintenance staff came to the door to deal with, there was a smell in the processing process. Overall it should be considered a very good hotel."

"Fantastic stay - reception staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Rooms were clean, spacious and the beds/pillows were comfortable. Shower had strong hot water flow. Plenty of facilities in the hotel (24/7 gym, pool, washer dryer, ice machine), free parking and delicious free breakfast."

"The hotel is a very beautiful castle-style building as a whole, located on a small high platform, and the night view around it is very beautiful at night. The hotel staff is welcoming and the breakfast is rich. The room size is very good, clean and tidy. There is also an old-fashioned game console in the lobby, and the children like to play."

"oh wow. i was freezing. the blanket was very thin. i wished for extra bedding but also didnt realize the expectation is to keep the jarring cranking rumbling wall heater unit on all night? ok. next time. not sure how a handful of screws got dumped by my tire? weird.the room is nice and fresh and the hosts are very kind."

"A surprise hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. Upon arrival, each person will receive two free drinks for the bar, and the Western food at the bar is very good and worth a try."
