The front desk staff are super outgoing and friendly. My room was super clean and heater / AC unit worked well (you'd be surprised how many hotels I've stayed in where you can't get the room temp to stay at a comfortable temp). Nice size pool and spa, sauna stove could be turned up a notch. Satisfying breakfast with good tasting coffee.
