I booked during the weekend. the room is clean & tidy, washing machine inside the room. have Cooking stove & oven but no cooking pan. the bathroom is good. It is about 10 mins walking to the city. Closer supermarket need about 20 mins walking distance. The owner was nice and a car park available, I think if you go the city, it is better by walk because it is hard to find out car parking and all parking need to charge in the city.

I was treated incredibly well by everyone, and the manager, Shingo, went above and beyond by introducing me to downtown Ishigaki and its locals. The staff member, Chinami, was equally exceptional, taking me out to the local bars and helping make lasting friends on the island. Before my visit, I viewed Ishigaki primarily as a natural paradise with outdoor activities, but soon realized that the island also boasts a vibrant nightlife with underground bars and clubs. I highly recommend Ishigaki and the Ishigaki Guesthouse Hive to young backpackers and adventurers seeking an authentic and enjoyable experience. Compared to my previous stay in Naha, Ishigaki outshines it in every aspect. I will definitely return to Ishigaki, there is so much more to explore and many friends I hope to see again.
