It was such a good experience with this hotel in one of the centers of Istanbul. We stayed in two rooms that were all clean, well organized, and lit, with very quiet and perfect air conditioning. It is a little bit overpriced, but worth it for the excellent open buffet breakfast.

This hotel is located central to everything, walking distance to the shopping mall, not far from Kadikoy if you love shopping. Its just a taxi ride away from everything. If you want hospitality & service at its best you should choose this hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for long stays.

The location and general condition of the hotel were good.
However, when I had not checked out yet, the information that I had vacated the room was sent and they came to my door for cleaning (at 11:30). Frankly, I found this situation strange and reported my discomfort. Other than that, everything was normal.

Very dissatisfied. First of all, there are people smoking in our room. In order to suppress this situation, we use a lot of perfumes/perfumes.
The blinds between the toilet and the room are broken, so you can see the toilet from your room.
The toilet door broke at 1 am and could not be opened.
After taking a shower, the water under my feet was full, and the sewers gave off a huge stench that I could smell in the room.
All of this has been reported, and as a solution, we were told that of course we must ventilate, so open the windows.

And all this is for a four-star hotel.
