O hotel é bom , mas o quarto é apertado .E bem simples.... muito simples ... Inclusive peguei o Deluxe. Imagino se for um quarto normal. O café da manhã as frutas estavam muito boas. Mas a parte de pães é bolos bem restrito. Pouca variedade. No geral dou um 7 como nota .

O Hotel esta longe de ser um 4 estrelas , essa avalicao é enganosa e induz ao erro clentes ,rua super barulhenta e dificil e dormir ,chuveiro eletrico que nao esquenta ,cafe da manha com poucas opções, por exemplo pao integral ,, foi esquecido de colocar tolhas na arrumacao e foi pedido pelo telefone a recepção, passado 15 minutos e nada de entregarem ,minha esposa desceu para pegar e as duas recepcionistas estavam conversando ,Lamentável esse hotel

Quando fechamos o pacote já sabíamos, por experiência, que seria um quarto mais simples porém o que chamou a atenção foi: pia do banheiro entupida com cabelo, vidro do box sujo, quarto com muito pó e sujeira no chão. Café da manhã bom, atendimento bom dos funcionários, no geral. Menciono aqui apenas para reverem a questão da limpeza.

Inicialmente fizemos nossa reserva pelo booking, onde as fotos dos quartos não condiziam com os aptos em que fomos alocados. Os quartos eram sujos, empoeirados com aspectos de que fazia dias que ninguém havia limpado. Graças a funcionária Carmem fomos realocados para outro apto, o qual condizia com as fotos publicadas no site de reservas, mas que também foi necessário fazer uma boa limpeza para que pudéssemos entrar.

Depois de horas de estrada, o quarto do Hotel Itapema foi um oásis, no meu caminho. Ducha para revitalizar, quarto silencioso, cama confortável, bom sinal de internet, com wi-fi gratuito, fizeram com que eu tivesse um merecido descanso. O ótimo e farto café da manhã, foi outra agradável surpresa. Voltarei, com certeza!

Em pleno feriadão de 01/01/2023 o cafe da manhã encerrar pontualmente as 10 horas é muita falta de bom senso e não pensar nos hospedes. Por sinal, hospedes aos fomingos e feriados em geral acordam mais tarde. Poderiam melhor iste ponto..
