I stayed with my family on the evening of April 11, 2024. I just bought the room. The room temperature was set to 28.4 degrees from the central air conditioner system and we literally couldn't sleep because of the heat in Ankara. I called the reception at 2 am. I asked, "Is there anyone looking like us?" The friend said yes, he looked for a few more rooms. It is impossible to understand that the air conditioners are stuck in the winter setting.
Such a hotel should have a technical team that follows these issues. Crowne Plaza Ankara does not suit its name at all.
As a result, we could not rest well and we did not leave the hotel happy. I have serious doubts about booking again.
I hope you follow this air conditioning adjustment issue and adjust it precisely. If not, it's hard to please people.

Overall it's great, the service attitude is very good, there is a shopping mall next to it, very convenient. The only small problem is that the bed in the twin room is really small. If this can be improved, it will be perfect!

The hotel is perfect in terms of cleanliness, but the staff and management fiasco, they do not put glasses in the room and accuse you of being a thief. I think someone who pays 1700 to 2000 for the hotel would not steal a 30 TL cup. It is immoral, it is a shame that they accuse their regular customers in this way.
