It was a nice room, very clean the beds were comfortable, however, I think it’s very petty to put little bitty waters in the room but you can’t drink unless you pay for them! I think that’s very cheap when you pay so much for the hotel and you pay a $10 resort fee. A bottle of water should be included! The water hot water in the room was not hot at all and that was very disappointing. I think there’s some small things that need to be fixed when you charge that much to stay in a hotel and the room itself is very nice but to charge for small waters and then not have a hot water work properly is disappointing.

Horseshu is an older ****** hotel that cactus pete acquired but the rooms were confortable and nice and Cactus Pete was right across the street. Price was reasonable and hotel comfortable.

The buffet has been closed since COVID and will not open up anytime soon. Limited dining but the one restaurant had a good meal. Room was spacious and comfortable.

This is a tired old hotel, the elevators are almost scary they're so jerky. The cabinetry in the room was all chipped and worn - simply old. Bed was excellent and the room was nice and clean as was the hotel. The attached restaurant is what one expects from casino's - they serve food which was OK, their staff were good in the restaurant but the trip advisor ratings are definitely optomistic about the food.
Overall the hotel was in the right place for us trip wise and the price reasonable the room was spacious and comfortable just kinda tired.

We were disappointed that there was No food restaurants open at all. Had to eat truck stop food.
The TV controller had bad batteries so Television watching was Not pleasant.

Snowed 4-6 inches, no snow removal, steps outside were a Safety Hazard.
No shuttle available...none of this disclosed. I will never stay again !
