I've stayed at this hotel 3 seperate times, once for 6 weeks. The Staff was amazing to me and always greeted me with a smile and knew me by name. I used the restaurant, the gym, the BBQ buffet, and even the laundry. Everyone was extremely friendly. Especially GREAT were Ratun & Stefanie at the front desk. They always had a friendly greeting and their eyes sparkled when they smiled at you. They were amazing and I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Siti in the restaurant was another lovely staff member who always had a bright smile and friendly greeting. The Manager in charge of the BBQ buffet was friendly and treated me well on my long stay. Also, the men at the front door always seemed happy to see me and were always cheerful. I know there were other people that I know made my stays great but I can't remember all their names. I don't think I will be back to Jakarta for awhile, but the staff here made my stay an excellent one.

i've must go to Samsat Jakarta Barat to take care my vehicle . so i choose this hotel with Room Only check in . the parking side was neglected , a lot of high grass . when i was check in was very fast but the service minimalized . the room clean but they didn't set up slipper . room amenities just bath gel , shampoo , dental kit , coffee and tea . i call to FO for request slipper but didn't come until check out . the towel was horibble with defact .

As far as three-star hotels go, this hotel certainly does hit the mark with all the usuals that you would come to expect. Where this hotel goes beyond is the employees. Every interaction I had with then was pleasant and they always went the extra length to accomodate any reasonable requests I had. I came during a very busy period and I was impresses that they still managed the way they did. If you're looking for a mid-tier hotel with no extra thrilla, this would do just fine.

The experience of staying at Oyo Collection here is very satisfying. The facilities provided are complete and modern. The route follows Google Maps, and both motorcycles and cars can pass through the location. The location is close to the bus stop and the station, but not very close. The parking space of the apartment is very spacious, but there is a charge. The building is beautiful and high. All the security guards and receptionists are friendly and informative. The room is good. The bathroom is clean, the toiletries are complete, there are towels, the TV is broken, there is a refrigerator and a sofa. There is no mat in front of the bathroom, and both hot and cold water are good. There are sinks and glasses. But there is no drinking water (maybe forgot to provide). There are 2 air conditioners, in the room and the front room, all the air conditioners are cold. The scenery is good. The mattresses and pillows are clean, the room is clean, and there are tables and chairs. An added value, the view at night is great. I like to live here.

This my first time at Sambina Prime by danapati , really surprising for cleanliness, my room were clean and smell good. Size of room fine for me due to my time just for sleeping after meeting with some clients surround. I think first time then fall in love with this hotel. Everything provided, I invited my business partner to meet here in RoofTop , wow great view in the afternoon. All staffs very friendly, warm services suh as Trias , Lia in Resto, Bu Noni and others. The food excellent especially Nasi Bakar Teri...so nice not much but very tasty, real herbs of genuine nasi bakar. And speciality Coffee Dolcelate my daughter like it very much, great taste. For sure I wll strongly recommend this Millenial Hotel to everybody who has business surround kalideres area to stay here, only 15 minutes to Bandara Soekarno Hatta. I will back again soon
