This was not my first time staying in this hotel. This hotel is unique because situated in the business area in the minddle of south Jakarta but still surrounded by green area. I like exploring their food because everytime I came there was always new menu came up. This time I tried guded which jackfruit looked darker than usual ones. But the taste was great. It was good to stay there again and got first great impression when Amin the FDA helped me with check in and still remember me. I met the room maid Diana which took care of my room. It was clean and I found no spots on the duvet or other linen. There was still my favorite waitress Stefani. There were also new resto staffs Anggi and Aslam. There were friendly and helpful. This hotel will always be my first choice when there is a business nearby.

I have been coming here since 2016 and Im writing from the room right now. The staff has gone above and beyond any other hotel here to make my stay comfortable AND doing so without charging additional fees. Did i mention affordable....Sure i've read some of the other reviews and sure its not a perfect place for some but if you are like me and like a quiet place (except for the Mosques chanting but thats everywhere) and low key base of operations, then this is the place for you! Ill be back here....

I'm not sleeping here because of business trip. But the amaris in this leak is quite comfortable to rest, the hotel room and bathroom are quite clean. The bed is also wide and the room is quite large, just there is no coffee/tea maker in the hotel room. The breakfast was just a bread, but it seems that the fried rice was delicious.

Been first time here coz close by to my meeting venue. Thought the room was cozy, and all equipment work just fine. But to my surprise, the AC was not cold at all, no hot water on my first night, spider web on top of the headboard near reading lamp, and it was too late that I just arrived from the airport and I needed a good rest. So I called the reception and asked to move to a better room the next morning. The room they moved me to was cooler than previous, but when I took a shower the drainage was clogged and when I used the wash basin the drainage was also clogged and leaked. I complained to reception and asked for GM email but nobody seemed not to know about the contact at all. Never ever want to stay here in the future. No customer service at all that when I asked for hairdryer they only have 3 units for the whole hotel!! Unbelievable! And no efforts were made to satisfy guests’ requests. I had to sleep with wet hair on 2nd night.

This is my first time stay in Swiss belresidences Kalibata. For me, this hotel provide best accomodation, the room is comfort, breakfast is also good with various food. They also have a green area called treepit, which is so comfort to spend your time, Staff also friendly and helpful. Thanks to Mas Faris, Mas Sofyan and Mas lucky in Front office Department

I booked 5 rooms for me and family for 2 nights. The main reason I chose this place to stay is because the rooms are spacious and equipped with a comfortable family room. Although located in the middle of the city of South Jakarta, this hotel provides coolness and calmness. Swimming pool suitable for families. The hospitality of the hotel staff was good. I thank Mr. Arief for accommodating my room according to my criteria and needs. I really recommend you stay here if you have a plan to visit Jakarta, between short or long stay!
