Location: Everywhere in Jakarta is busy hence no matter the location it would be busy. From where the hotel is, with jam, its 1 hour to the airport. Cleanliness: The hotel is extremely clean. The bathroom is huge and luxurious. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The room size spacious and everything works well! Staff: There wasn’t much conversation nor request from us as we are easy travellers. But the receptionist was polite and kind during our check in/out. Not much issue.

I was due to spend 2 nights at Dharmawangsa but extended to 3 nights due to a high quality room and fantastic staff, 2 members of staff I would like to praise are Irwan in reception and Jasmine concierge. The room was excellent, very clean, a huge bed, good quality linen and excellent wifi speeds 125mpbs download and upload. The room comes with an excellent balcony and the hotel is based in south jkt which is close enough to jkt cbd but far enough away to be quiet as Dharmawangsa is in a residential neighbourhood. Thankyou to all at Dharmawangsa and I look forward to staying again in the future.

Plus side: In the lobby, they have artistic art gallery. Then I know that they will hold art exhibition. If this situation happened in early pandemic, I trully understand. But these situation happened after ppkm loosened up, means occupation rate also rised up. When I checked in... There was two ministry held the event there. I asked the occupancy with one situation, they said full booked for that day and tomorrow. So forgive me that I can't tolerate these things: -When I checked in, the key machine was broke. So the concierge assist me to open the door manually. The machine finally can be operated view hours later. -The tv wasn't working. Needed to call engineering first. Then the exhaust in front of the door was loud. Already fix but still loud. The engineering said when the temperature gows slow it became like this. -They only provide 1 mineral bottle at first. Need to ask for abother one. -Water keetle was leak. The water I poured soak into the tray. -They only provide one towel. I found the hotel provided 1 toothbrush set, but not towel. And the towel...wow...is it 4 stars hotel? When I ask another towel, they gave me the proper kne. Ah.. They also didn't provide toilet mat. I had to request it and it also didn't come. -Their idea to put shampoo and soap in the vanities completely blow my mind. So when we shower, we need to go out to pump the shampoo and soap? What are you trying to do? Dear Grandkemang, Imho, I think there won't be a problem if you focus on the goverment who will spend their annual budget, moreover on their year end budget. Their need to spend it, so maybe they won't complain like me for the service and situation. But for people like me... Apologies for being hars, but this situation make me never want to stay in here again... Except the goverment pay me for that.

The location of the hotel is not in the main road, but it's really close to Citos Mall. The room is spacious with industrial concept, everything is nice and clean, except the problem with internet and tv cable connection at the moment :( There is a nice cafe in lobby, and the taste of the food is great! i guess the menu for breakfast is also part of the cafe. it's not kind of buffet style breakfast, we can choose from the menu provided for our breakfast, but it indeed has some additional menu buffet (bread, fruits, coffee/tea and sort of some light food)

Was getting used to substandard services in cheap hotels, and did not expect anything much from this place. But i can never be more wrong. The hotel building is round, unique. The room is cozy, well maintained. Shower is spraying properly, with hot water coming fast. The best part is the breakfast, properly cooked nasi goreng with egg station where you can request how your eggs is cooked, while listening to chill songs on the background. These little things reminded me of how hotels used to be before all the “online hotels” that kinda ruined the pricing and the service quality. Totally recommend this place.

For room rate 1. ac is not cold, the water heater does not work well. Front office service can be said to be not satisfactory.. My sister ordered a room one, but then paid so 2, have to complain first, and finally get a room like this that's far from the comfort.

Needs more attention for the staffs to do better hospitality. There are several varieties of room sizes, from 27m2 to 48 m2. The room needs better cleaning on the bedsheet.
