I have been hosting this hotel tens of times, and in all of them, a disappointment, but I always stay in it because of lack of choice. But this time I was surprised by William's gentle and efficient service at the reception: in three minutes he had already identified my reservation, identified me as an elite client, offered me the welcome drinks and delivered me the room key. My thanks and appreciation for his differentiated care, another high point was the air conditioning of the room, which never works properly, but this time it was perfect: efficient and quiet. The negative point is the unexplainable conduct of putting two guests in the room and having only one towel, and the guest must go until the reception get the second towel. 🤦🏻♂️ The garbage dressed the room (none had happened, after the pandemic started!!!) and picked up two towels that were in the room and left only one, and I had to go to the reception and get another. 🤦🏻♂️ I leave a suggestion to the hotel administration: prepare rooms for two guests with two towels, and at check-in, direct the guests to these prepare rooms.
