"This was an excellent place to stay. The room was cozy & clean and the bed was comfortable. No complaints at all. Breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from. Coffee was great! One thing you need to do is visit the gazebo area with gas bonfire pit out in front of the hotel. Absolutely wonderful and was so nice meeting some new friends from Montreal who were staying for the Bills/Chiefs game on Sunday. If you need a great meal while in town, go to Laurie's restaurant, you won't be disappointed! Although I probably won't be back in Warsaw, NY, it was one of my favorite hotel stays in recent memory."

"Staff is terrific. Drain in shower needs attention. Security safe is not placed well; it is on the floor in an obscure location. Difficult to reach, and impossible to to read instructions.  Breakfast not great. Bananas were over ripe. I would have preferred cooked oatmeal.  Overall, I enjoyed my stay and was very pleased with friendliness and service of front desk staff."

"Such an excellent place to stay! Easy access to Letchworth State Park, about 15 minute drive. The room was just the right size, with comfy beds, full bath and mini fridge. We ate dinner up at Houghton College Dining and the food was good. We loved having breakfast items especially the local coffee that freshly brews each time. Innkeeper was friendly and efficient."

"I woke up to bugs in the bed. Could not sleep after that. There was an awful smell throughout the room. Waking up next morning I was able to see different species of mold covering the ceiling and walls. I thought this would be an economic decision but you get what you pay for. Gross."
