Clean and neat Customer service was awesome Location pretty close to the hanok village in jeonju

I came to Jeonju to visit friends with my friends and wanted to experience a Korean house. It was a good experience. It was very quiet and the service was good. I booked a room for four people and the room I was given was a bit small. It was a bit crowded for four people. Everything else was okay. .

I found a hanok-like accommodation and booked it. The boss is very nice, it's cold at night, but the boiler works well, so I went to rest~~

Location is just outside hanok village which is good as not so noisy. But the room walls are very thin, I could hear neighbor conversation throughout the night. Very difficult to control shower head water. Is either too hot or too cold. Stayed for 2 nights but no make up room service. 1st day, Had to wait at front of hanok as no one at counter to help check in & could not dial the number provided at the signboard. Had to ask for help from a coffee place beside the hanok to call the boss.

Using the second floor of a Hanok for the first time The walls and floor of the building are built so thin that you can even hear the voices of people next door and the TV. In particular, the floor is not hard and feels a bit soft(?), so unless you walk with your heels raised, you will hear a loud thumping sound. The ladder going up to the attic is almost 90 degrees, so you need to be careful. The bathroom is so small that showering is difficult. Because it's winter and there's a draft, I sleep with a mask on all night.

It's a shame that it doesn't have the feel of a traditional hanok, and the soundproofing problem was so bad that I had trouble sleeping all night due to snoring noises that I didn't know where they were coming from. They didn't even inspect the dryer, so only the broken dryer was displayed. I think the problem that the shower water comes out at the same time when the sink faucet is turned on also needs to be improved. The only advantage is that it is close to Hanok Village and parking is available. And breakfast is prepared, but I wonder where it is. I think it's very inconsiderate to just give someone a bag of really hard snacks and tell them to eat it on their own. The owner is visible when he is in the room and cannot even see his nose removed, so how are you going to deal with any problems that arise?

I went to see that the check-in time was 14:30, but the owner said it was 15:00 because he was confused. Soundproofing is not nearly enough to hear conversations in the next room late at night. (Even if you are careful after 10:00pm, it seems inevitable that the soundproofing is weak.) In addition to towels, you have to fill the supplies yourself. (Not filled) The point close to the road advantages and disadvantages. Other than that, cleaning at times other than lodging, heating well, and the tasteful a**osphere of a hanok are the only strengths.
