第一次去建甌，在攜程上搜尋了一下看到這家酒店有四星，23年開業，應該還不錯！不到房間大失所望，標註着28平方結果房間很小，衹有18-20左右，不相符！衞生更是差的一塌糊塗，所謂的智能衹不過是馬桶上加了一圈！標註着有洗衣房，結果連洗衣機都沒有，本身就是奔着設施去的，結果什麼都沒有，酒店也沒給出任何説法，服務態度非常差！送的果盤水果也不新鮮！還不如不送，影響心情，還不如一百塊錢的賓館

路過建甌臨時定的酒店，比較好的點是酒店樓下就是酒樓，就餐方便（如果可以直接在房間內點單就更好了,畢竟舟車勞頓），晚上還有送甜品過來。但是讓人鬱悶的是房間隔音真的一般，再加上當晚住同一層的客人素質較低，一直到三點多還在相互串門+大聲説話，被影響到完全無法入睡。

是個舉辦婚宴的地方騰出來做酒店的樣子，前台不在一樓，價錢平時不知道多少，但是過年期間接近四百在建甌已經算不便宜了，最大的勝點是還是比較新的地方，設施是智能的，馬桶也是智能的還不錯，有點心，不在的時候會送進來，早餐還可以，總體來説還行吧～

元旦去黃山遊玩第一晚打尖的地方，整個大樓都是他家的，規模很大，因為晚上7.8點才到，問了前台附近哪裡吃飯，告訴我們樓下餐廳可以點菜，很自信的告訴我們菜價不貴味道很不錯的，我們點了菜還給送到房間，還給送了水果，晚上又送了一次水果和甜品，早餐也很豐富，建甌特色的豆漿米粉很不錯。

設施：是新開的酒店，非常的偏僻，荒郊野嶺什麼都沒有。打車也很不方便。三四百的酒店連個前台的門頭都沒有，找個前台都繞個半死…
衞生：衞生很差，房間裏還有之外房客留下的鞋印子
環境：房間很小，兩個人入住感覺比較擁擠，對嗎就是垃圾場好像，一大早就哐哐啷啷的吵個不停
服務：很一般的服務，塑膠拖鞋沒有，行李車也沒有，反正就是啥都沒有。打電話給總枱也是不搭理衹會説這個沒有哪個沒有也不想着幫忙解決
早餐也一般般。
性價比極低，誰住誰冤種，總之很糟糕的一次入住體驗，出差別住這。。。。
