The hotel is really amazing, we booked the Guest House. The room is beautiful!
The staff is really nice and managed to speak English with us.
They also prepared a birthday cake for my husband’s birthday which was really appreciated!!
Breakfast is good and Chinese restaurant is good&cheap.
Thank you so much for making our stay so good even though the typhoon happened.

Their villa is very good for young family but nit recommended if you stay with the elders as rooms are all upstairs.

度假酒店風景非常美，下雨有下雨的煙雨朦朧美，晴天也有晴天霞光萬道的美。管家陳開心服務很貼心，在來的當天電話加微信，提供酒店的電子地圖和遊玩攻略，辦理入住的時候她也在，專業辦理，還多送了一份水果。一起幫忙提行李，送我們到房間門口。我和家人感受都很棒。
房間打開門都有一個陽台，我們的榻榻米房間是能看到富春江的，心曠神怡。孩子的遊玩區也很多，例如遊樂園，霍比特人村，小溪戲水，牧場，餵養小動物。我們帶娃算是酒店深讀遊，來來回回坐車玩了好幾圈。
吃飯酒店也很方便，性價比很高，自助晚餐299兩大一小，該有的都有，還有小朋友的取餐區，很貼心。野爐吃過兩頓午餐🥣，每道菜都很可口，魚頭很鮮美，大人小孩都能點到自己想吃的。
附近景區我們衹去了嚴州古城，得配上歷史一起看，否則就是一個同質化很嚴重的古城，沒啥特別的。主要這次來還是以酒店為景點開展的，這個酒店值得深度遊。
最後就是拍照打卡，小孩往遊樂園一扔，大人就去拍拍拍，非常出片，槓槓滴，優秀。非常開心的一次旅行。

酒店很大，五一里每天各種活動滿滿可以閑逛、可以發呆，生態一級棒，適合家庭出遊，可以帶寵物，酒店內也有很多小動物～
酒店提供管家服務，對接的管家於秋雨提前安排好房間，全程服務周到～
唯一缺點離上海太遠，五一大堵車去程10小時，返程6小時😪

我是真的純粹為了體驗一下寵物友好酒店裡專屬狗狗的房間，門牌號很棒520，可以在大廳借到寵物推車，很nice,有專門貼心的寵物定製餐，感覺生命有被平等對待，就是可能需要注意的是蟲子太多了。飛了滿臉都是，太難受了！！！！

酒店景色很美，有山有水有小動物。酒店的餐廳很好吃也不貴，有四個餐廳，中餐廳、自助餐、麪和燒烤、咖啡西餐小食，味道都不錯。喝咖啡的風景不錯。還有小溪可以讓娃摸魚，湖邊可以釣魚，可以騎馬，有KTV棋牌室乒乓球。服務也很到位，管家小宋有求必應。

住了三晚，酒店環境超好，就是在大大的自然公園裡，讓人徹底放鬆，雖然是五一期間但是相對一線城市這裏可以説是避世了，除了吃早飯體驗感有點不好，要稍微排下隊找下位子其他的都很好，早餐的品類還挺齊全，擺渡車隨叫隨到，擺渡車的師傅們態度也很好，很耐心，管家於秋雨服務很貼心很到位，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺，推薦！
