Great price for value! Nice and spacious rooms with complimentary water everywhere in the hotel. Good location and the Korean street with big choice for restaurants. Small gym and laundry with ironing available. The hotel stuff is very friendly and helpful!

房間足夠寬敞明亮，床也很寬。帶兩個孩子和太太正好。周圍餐館很多，足夠選擇。缺點是廁所坐便器太涼了，另外淋浴的水温非常不穩定，頭頂花雨傘很多孔堵塞，不好用。

在貴店入住沒有二十次也有十多次了 始終覺得無論環境衞生服務都沒得説 2013.1.4凌晨入住 進門洗手枱下方有水滑倒 從進門到出門十分鐘都不到 酒店工作人員告訴我先自行墊付醫葯費 留好清單 日後保險公司會報銷 額頭縫了10針 共花費不到1000元 從把材料提交到給出報銷明細過去了20多天後 工作人員聯繫我説共賠付274.45元 我差你那274塊錢？我不是不講理的人 滑倒了留疤了我自認倒黴 一共花了不到1000的醫葯費 沒讓你額外賠償吧？我哪裡做錯了？你拿274塊錢來膈應我？給酒店總經理打電話 出現問題不是積極想辦法解決而是推三阻四 所有的事情都往保險公司身上推 這種不負責任的態度屬實讓人心寒 酒店老闆有這麼個極品店總真是交運了 我一定會花費遠超醫葯費的物力人力財力來維護我的權利 走着瞧

首次入住，性價比很高，細節做的非常到位，人性化，衞生非常乾淨，服務人員有禮貌，入住的時候送了歡迎水果，還有免費接送機服務，因為飛機延誤，酒店免費了延遲退房，很貼心！還會選擇回購的

酒店位置挺好的，出門就是韓國風情商業街，吃喝玩都挺方便，五一節出遊真的是一房難求，價格也水漲船高，房間挺大，設施也挺新的，不過酒店外立面看起來就不那麼亮眼了，酒店服務挺好，服務員都挺熱情，唯一缺憾就是酒店早餐有點寒磣了，品種不是很多，可吃性不強，和酒店服務比起來還是差了些，另外深夜一碗麪衹是一碗番茄雞蛋麪，味道還不錯，就是和宣傳頁的圖片描述有出入，出住含的入睡牛奶貌似也沒有提供，也沒有主動去要，這個有點不滿意了，畢竟下定的時候明確是有的，不知道為什麼沒有提供，總體來説，還是挺滿意的，特別是服務態度非常的好！
