第一次來西塘，看到評價不錯，房間裝修也是我喜歡的類型，到店後果然沒讓我失望，房間乾淨整潔，交通也非常方便，就在核心景區，進出景區非常便利，實景跟推廣照片一樣，很滿意的一次入住

錯分出行，每次來西塘都會住這家，房間一貫的乾淨，設施服務都很好，環境也很美，出行都非常便捷，非常滿意的入住體驗

這是我第一次對店家老闆的態度給了大大的差評🙂且介意房間衞生的別來別開來別來花築 首先在當日入住早上八點半的時候，我有點後悔定了民宿，怕衞生有問題，於是和老闆説明情況希望能夠退掉。老闆和我解釋瞭如果當天臨時退房，會對酒店帶來損失，並且承諾了房間衞生做的到位。ok,我説我能理解，既然老闆給了承諾那我就選擇相信並且住下。 然而在晚上的時候，發現在衞生間裏面有上一家客人使用的牙膏牙刷還有沐浴露洗髮水（蓋子都是開着放在外面的！！） 於是直接☎️給老闆，要求直接退房，這衞生做成這樣還早上承諾我衞生做的好？🙂這樣的衞生打掃我真的是床都不敢睡下去。於是老闆還開始找補，把早上退房的事情拉出來説我真的是呵呵呵呵了，就這點格局，你還開民宿呢。 套房環境：房間整體一股發黴味，白天出去的時候窗子一直開着但是味道並沒有散掉🙃 處理措施：老闆微信轉賬我206（另外有200元我是用之前的積分抵掉的我也並沒有和這個老闆計較，感覺和這種男的多説一句都是浪費我時間和心情🙂） 服務：管家人挺好的，人也熱情，服務速度也快。（整個民宿也就管家服務不錯了）
