I checked into the hotel at midnight and changed two rooms. The shower water was yellow. The hotel's service was still very good, with timely response, replacement and upgrade. The service deserves 5 stars.

We travel with children and want to stay more comfortably, so we booked this high-star hotel for about 574 yuan a night. When we first entered the lobby, the environment was pretty good. We paid a deposit and asked if they had razors, but they said they didn't provide them. Later, we even asked for toothpaste and toothbrushes. We didn't tell us in advance whether the air conditioner was broken or not. After entering the room, except for the old facilities, two small bottles of mineral water were given, and there were no drinks in the small refrigerator. When we walked into the bathroom, we needed to scan the code on our mobile phone to pay for the razor, toothbrush and toothbrushes. Fortunately, I asked them in advance. Later, I turned on the air conditioner. At first, I didn't know it was broken. I blew it for a long time and there was no response. It was raining outside, and the room was very stuffy. The two children kept shouting that it was hot, so I called the front desk to ask. He told me that the air conditioner was short-circuited and broken because the children were already taking a shower in it. I thought I'd just make do with it. They gave us a small fan, but it was still very hot. I slept all night because it was hot and I didn't sleep well. I felt stuffy and lacked oxygen. The worst thing was that there was not even a washing machine. It was not as good as the Hanting Hotel in the small town. People all have washing machines and dryers. The disadvantages are stingy and mean. Deceiving consumers and not informing them of the facility failure in advance. Anyway, the price is quite expensive for one night and the accommodation experience is particularly bad. Anyway, I feel very upset to spend this money to stay in such a star hotel. The more I think about it, the angrier I get.

I chose Jiaxing Dragon Dream Hotel when I came to Jiaxing for the May Day holiday. The hotel environment is grand and clean, and the rooms are spacious and clean. Welcome fruit was given upon check-in, and there is also a late check-out service! The breakfast is also quite rich, with rice noodles, tofu pudding, and various Chinese and Western snacks all very delicious. It was a great stay experience!

The hotel is very convenient to drive to, there are several entrances, it is also very convenient to park the car in the basement and take the elevator to the lobby. The room is also good and you can enjoy the night view. Next time I come to Jiaxing, I will choose Dragon Dream Hotel.

The room provides free breakfast, which has many varieties and everything you need. The restaurant has good service attitude, strong initiative and high efficiency. In general, I feel very good about this stay.

The bed in the hotel was very comfortable to sleep on, but the pillow was uncomfortable. I called the guest room to change the pillow, which was very satisfactory. It is very close to the Nanhu Scenic Area and the surrounding facilities are also satisfactory
