This brand new hotel is really great!! Clean, amazing friendly stuff, ski equipment, sauna & gym! Beside that the hotel was made with so much love to every detail!

酒店設施很棒，離度假區很近，走路幾分鐘就到纜車入口 店裡還送了纜車票
因為我們錯峯出行，所以早餐是按份提供的，很豐盛，食材也新鮮

房間格局非常合理。設施舒適。早餐雖然品種少，質量還不錯。整體的感覺非常好。衹是有一點小小的不足，衣服掉到地上，粘到很多灰。地面看着很乾凈，實際還是有灰。非常滿意的一次體驗，有機會還會在住這裏。

避開雪季來了萬科松花湖度假區看看 五一人還可以 算是熱鬧但不會爆滿 酒店位置不錯 距離松花湖景區開車二十分鐘就到 夏天還想來露營！帶狗狗入住也很順利 還有狗狗自助洗浴區 就是沐浴露有點刺激狗狗眼睛不太舒服 希望改進一下

酒店非常新，設施完善。不論是早餐還是前台的工作人員都給顧客帶來非常好的體驗，酒店到店後覺得位置很OK。大廳等休息區域看得出是找設計師精心設計的，燈光色調和裝修很講究。房間內有雙陽台，衞生十分滿意，枕頭床墊等也很舒服。如果可以給100分，我願意打120分。相當滿意！挑不出毛病。

松花湖滑雪旅行訂到的超滿意酒店，2024年1月底新開，處女座認證的乾淨➕精品～ 基礎房型也很nice，距離雪場的幾百米距離可以步行也可以讓酒店接送，非常方便。早餐屬於小而美，頂門的早上多吃點可以補充能量。房間其實還有其他設施但是沒來得及探索，比如健身房的器械其實挺多，還有桑拿屋和酒廊。期待下個雪季繼續在雲麓！
