The hotel is located on a catering street and is a brand owned by Atour Group. The prices for booking on the first day and the second day are different when booked through Ctrip. The front desk staff needs to be better trained. There is no polite language for basic services. The attitude is cold and no room is available. The card helper swiped the elevator, but he was reluctant. I said that he was not as polite as the cleaning lady. He asked politely when he entered the elevator. It was remarkable and worthy of praise. What is unacceptable is that after 1 o'clock in the middle of the night, men and women gather in the next room to drink, and after 3 o'clock they are still drunk! I really couldn’t understand how to deal with the problem. He called my room in the middle of the night and I stayed up all night! Management skills are lacking and service staff need to be improved! Quietness and cleanliness are the most basic requirements of the hotel, but it is really not good!
