我預訂的是26平方米有窗的房間，實際上賓館給我的是一間挨着走廊，沒有窗户，面積大概衹有15平米的房間，放了一張床就沒有剩下多少空間了。和賓館交涉，很難講話，講衹有這一間了，房間和描述不符與他們沒關係，讓找攜程，換房就要加錢。因為旅遊玩了一天沒有力氣折騰就暫時住下了。哪知道房間裏味道難聞，靠近過道隔音效果很差，外面走路的人講話全都聽得見，搞得一晚上都沒有睡好。打攜程電話投訴感覺偏袒賓館。後來諮詢了律師，律師講這種行為違反了合同法，涉嫌欺詐，消費者可以要求賠償。現在打了市長熱線及市政府值班室電話，轉到市場監管局正在處理。
