The check in was smooth. Having booked a club room meant breakfast was a quieter experience and we had somewhere other than our room to chill out in if we wanted. Anthony was great because he spoke excellent English (a female colleague also offered lots of help in English but I'm sorry I didn't take her name) The rooms were always clean, the bed very comfortable and a good bath to relax in after busy days exploring. The balcony was good but our room didn't get any direct sunshine so was a little chilly. The hot springs was really relaxing and thoroughly enjoyed! It would be better to have some information in the room about times, locations, amenities etc as we had to ask about shuttle bus services, etc etc. The lounge needed more staff at peak times but we did stay during a peak season...

Ctrip customer service pushed it. I looked at the picture and the name and thought it was a big hotel as shown in the picture. I booked a half summer • smart movie hot spring parent-child twin room. When I arrived at one of the homestays in the villa area, I arrived at the original one. 1:  The decoration around is very dusty, and the pastoral area is even worse. 2: The hot springs advertised by the hotel are not unique to the hotel, but are shared by residents in the community. They are all retired elderly people. It takes 10 minutes to walk. Although the little brother drove us to the car, the return trip was not able to pick up in time.  3: Hot springs are not live water, poor water quality, floating objects in the water 4: The sanitation of the hot spring dressing room is very poor, you need to bring your own shower gel swimsuit, etc. 5: The room equipment is simple, the bed is actually a hardboard bed, the child's bed is harder as shown in the picture, the boss brother took an extra quilt to make the bed at night and barely slept  6: Wifi is installed at the head of the bed, radiation problem  7: Breakfast types: powder, boiled eggs, steamed buns, millet porridge Summary: The off-season price positioning is not low price, but it is like living in a 1-star low-level hotel, the worst experience in Yunnan for 9 days

The first time I came to Xishuang, I was good to pick up the plane. The proprietress said that there was something that could not come, so she let herself drop, and she reimbursed. The service attitude was very good, but I was very nervous at the time, because I was afraid that I could not hit it. I didn't expect that the drop at the airport entrance was super convenient, and I got on the bus in 3 minutes. The inn has no eye-catching signboard in the village, no intersection, black lights are blind, the driver looked at the navigation and said, looking at what inn is nearby, fortunately the driver turned on the lights for more than ten meters, and finally saw a home on the lights, and a grandmother waiting at the door. The heart finally landed. The proprietress ordered in advance and waited for us. After a while, the bosses and their families came back one after another. Hope to improve: it is best to have a sign with the name of the store at the intersection or village entrance.
