Hyatt Regency Sanya Tianli Bay

Hotel was a little far from the city but it was quite east to get didi! Breakfast was quite gd!

We have stayed in Hyatt Regency Sanya for four nights! From the beginning Becky from the front office has accommodated every single requests, from transportation to anything we needed while we were staying there! The staff are just amazing! They always go over and beyond their duties to make sure we had a pleasant stay and we did indeed! Special thanks to Jeff to help us for all deliveries we ordered to the hotel and Kevin who came all the way to the airport to drop off our tablet which we forgot to pack in rush. If you want to feel at home in a beautiful seaside area don’t think twice about this hotel. My family had a best time and it’s mainly because of the caring staff who made it possible! Thank you All 👏😊

It’s amazing resort , luxury in every thing. Furniture and interior of this hotel is brand new. Every corner is separate story. The rooms are big and comfortable. Hotel is quiet and you can listen to birds starting from the early morning. They run a music at night also. Really it’s perfect place for holiday. They have also children club free. Kids enjoyed many activities during our stay I strongly recommend this hotel for everyone. Nice experience in Sanya .. best place for relaxing

The hotel is very new and cleanness is outstanding. When you enter the gym you have the feeling nobody else entered it before. The pool and the garden are very nice and well arranged. Specially need to mention perfect service at the lobby bar by Tiffany. Also big Thanks to Sanjita for answer all our question and helped for any inquiry. All in all a 5+

Excellent hotel if you search for a quiet place. Beautiful hotel garden and private beach. Very friendly staff, specially Kelly, the restaurant manager and Sanjita, customer relations. Spacious rooms with balcony and big bath/shower. Bed mattress excellent and everything very clean including public toilets. Only negative point it’s a bit far from downtown. High taxi costs if you don’t have your own car. Hotel is highly recommended.

Very beautiful and right by the ocean. The air is clean and night time you can enjoy listening to the waves at the comfort of your balcony. Breakfast was amazing with so many options to suit everyone’s needs.

The hotel stay was amazing, they even had a birthday cake for my girlfriend because it was her birthday. I enjoyed the stay and the staff are just nice and helpful. The view was great, so was the pool.

Very close to the airport, big rooms, yummy breakfast with uncountable options, friendly staff, and super nice scenery beach.
