住這個酒店心情都差到極點了！酒店自己發的電，頻繁跳閘，空調開不了！熱的要死！打酒店前台電話問空調不製冷，她竟然告訴我要把温度調到24度，我一開始調到16度二個小時都沒有製冷，然後又聽她的調到24度也沒有效果，後來又停電了！然後去前台問説是他們自己酒店發的電。突然明白空調為什麼不製冷了，因為是酒店自己發的電根本就帶不動空調。要求酒店給我全額退款，她沒有給任何解釋就説退不了！然後我説這沒有空調太熱了沒辦法睡！是你們酒店自己的原因不應該要我們顧客來承擔，前台反正你就是不迴應！我無語！後來我又退了一步要他們退我一半房費！還是不同意也不給你一個合理的理由，解釋為什麼不退房費！我氣的當時就走人了！這個酒店也不小，服務態度就是無視顧客！以後再也不會入住這家酒店

酒店有停車場，大的在酒店馬路對面，設施不是很新，洗漱用品還不錯，標間有點小，兩張床空隙小，燈光不是很亮，早餐一般，不算很豐富，但也還行，米飯還不錯，總體還是可以的。

房間比較大，衹是那個單人床有點小，衹適合一個人睡，還有小童滑滑梯。性價比可以，打車也方便，房間靠近馬路，偶爾有汽車行駛聲音。

從來沒給過差評，但是也是第一次遇到這種情況，入住一小時後在房間正準備午休，房門一下子被打開了，沒有敲門，也任何提示阿姨就直接闖進來了，後續馬上下樓跟前台反映，前台問了哪個房間説核實，然後一直沒有下文，沒有任何的道歉和補救措施，當時急着出門，以為後面酒店會給個説法，等晚上回酒店後，酒店方直接當沒這回事了。就這麼不注重客人私隱嗎？如果是房間開了沒有跟阿姨講這是酒店應該做的嗎？如果告知了房間剛開還闖進來人，那麼請問怎麼保障客人的正當權益。

酒店各方面都挺好，前台服務員態度也很好，對你們有一條建議，就是既然你們要收住房按金，就要保證客人隨時能退房退按金，而不是要等到保潔八點上班後查房才能退，我們有要事七點鐘就要走，前台説要等八點正常上班才能退房退按金，前台服務員看我們很着急安排保安查房才辦理了退房，非常感謝這位前台小姑娘，但希望酒店能在管理制度方面作一些修改。

國慶出行，住的最好的酒店之一了。
酒店還非常的新。但是房間裏沒有一點異味。
新中式的裝修非常的雅緻。
床品和設施都很精緻。
房間雖然不夠大，但是也夠用了。
最難能可貴的是不到250的價格還含雙早。
國慶也沒加價。早餐也不錯，絕對的5星好評。
強烈推薦去邊城或者矮寨玩的，就到吉首住吧。
