凌晨過去但是是當晚的房間，前台姐姐人太好太好了，指了一個小房間，早飯隨便吃，説最晚最晚十點就可以進房休息了（非常肯定）。
結果七八點實在撐不住，花了25美元提前進房，前台換了一個人，態度很差，説最早下午兩點，特別拽特別無禮。
房間的門打開費勁，房間還不錯，基本設施都有，就是無空調！衹有一個熱風機，直直地對着床吹，讓人感受沙漠般的乾枯。（我是北方人，20度的地暖都沒這麼烤人的）
管理一般，休息了一下準備出發，門被工作人員打開了？小費一分都沒得。
逛完匹茲堡回來（很差，最好別去），問前台怎麼預約班車坐飛機，他説三十分鐘一班，早點兒下來就好。結果！第二天興沖沖地下樓，前台很震驚，問為什麼沒有登記，又把已經出發的車叫回來了，是一個黑人姐姐，特別特別好。
個人經歷僅供參考，環境還算乾淨，較為隔音，就是服務時好時壞，多搜尋，有method更economic和refundable。

Close to some nice restaurants and entertainment. First room I was given was not cleaned, bed not made, and had trash in the garbage containers.

I didn't like the fact that I was charged $40 to leave my car there while I as flying out of the Pittsburgh Airport. I specifically chose your hotel because you offered a shuttle AND free parking. When I got there the shuttle was free BUT I was charged the $40 dollars to leave my car there. I have stayed at other hotels near the airport where when the advertised free parking it meant for while you were gone on your trip, not just free parking while you are in your room. Obviously this will be the last time I choose your hotel when I am flying out of Pittsburgh
