Booked 3 nights (5/3-5/6) arrived at 1:00 am on 5/4, immediately knew we could not stay three days but were exhausted. Curtains ripped, bedspread full of pulls and holes, bathroom smelled damp and mildewy, shower curtain moldy, bathtub moldy w/ a huge hair stuck to the wall, towel rack covered in rust. Once we tried to sleep, the AC ran all night with a loud rattling noise that kept us awake. The next morning, we tried to shower, handle was broken and only 1/2 the water dribbled out. We have photos of ALL these issues, emailed them to mgmt and rec'd NO response. After checking with our family members in a different room, we learned that their room was just as bad, we immediately contacted ******* to request a refund for our remaining two nights. We were told there was no hotel manager on duty and we'd have to wait 72 hrs for an answer. We were offered new rooms but why would we want two different disgusting rooms? We refused and were gone by 9:30 am. We went next door to the Homewood Suites by Hilton. We explained our predicament to Jodie at the front desk, who was wonderful. She found us two rooms AND allowed us to check-in EARLY, at 9:30 am instead of 3:00 pm at NO additional charge. We would HIGHLY recommend this hotel. It was slightly more $ but SO worth it. Clean spacious rooms, beautiful lobby, helpful staff. Took 60 hrs for mgmt to respond that they refuse to refund our $. Mgmt never responded to our email w/ photos. Horrible hotel, horrible mgmt. Stay away.

No hot water in the shower 3 days in a row. Even after running the shower for 10 mins. Diet Coke fountain ran out day 1 and wasn’t replaced. If you are looking to stay here for the bar restaurant on site. Please reconsider. No alcohol sales and Inconsistent breakfast. There’s a newer Home2 by Hilton down the street. I’ll try that the next time I’m in the area.

I was charged more than what was provided @ the time of booking. The original check in guy was not very communicative and customer friendly. The shower curtains were dirty. I needed to stay another night, however I decided to go to the Drury Inn for my second night. This is not a location I would recommend.

Had a good one night stay. Amanda greeted us and checked us in. She was friendly and informative. The room was nice. However some updates could be made to this hotel. Just more of an update to the decor. Mattress and pillows could use an update as well. One thing that needed attention was the cord to the blow dryer had a short in it. We told management as we left and maintenance was told immediately.

Very worn down hotel. Hilton Honors member, and this is not on par with usual Hilton properties. Came in for a quick overnight trip, arrived at 11:30pm and left shortly after 10am the next morning. The staff was super friendly. The lobby looks updated, and the exterior was clean and well lit at night. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, like it smelled like someone was smoking in the room the entire night, and we could smell the smoke on our clothes after just an overnight stay. The beds were old and you could feel the springs. Room was just worn, and as clean as they could get it. It was a shoes worn at all times type of stay. The walls are paper thin. Upon checkout I informed the front desk of the horrible smoke smell in our room, he kindly acknowledged and said he would have the staff check into this, yet you could tell he was not surprised by this. Ultimately would not recommend this location.

One night stay here was fine. Staff were friendly. Rooms were adequate and beds were comfortable. We had breakfast in the lobby and it was good - I am a gold member so it was free. Many fast food and dine- in restaurants close by this hotel. Would stay here again.

After driving 16 hours and awake for 22 hrs the doors were locked to enter lobby. Not amused. Stay was fine thereafter friendly staff

More of a Quality Inn the Hilton Garden Inn. Worst beds ever, elevators stunk like hair gel, carpet was stained and worn, over all nasty. Was not offered breakfast. Much better motels in the area with better accommodations, cleaner and newer or at least remodeled

I like the clean no chemical smell of everything. The hot tub and pool was nice and not crowded. The shower was a little hard to figure out. We were on the fourth floor and the view was nice.

The hotel, room, and amenities did not meet typical Hilton standards: wallpaper in the bathroom was cut and peeling, the sinks and bathtub drains were moldy, the mattress sunk in the middle, and the hotel landscaping was weedy and neglected. I made a reservation at this Hilton Garden Inn because of the Hilton reputation for quality, yet this expectation was not met. I also chose this particular Hilton Garden Inn and not the other Hilton brands in the area because there was a restaurant; however, the restaurant was closed for the week and there was no notice of this on the website when I made the reservation. A minor thing: the digital key did not work and the hotel clerk wasn’t able to correct it. I’m a longtime Hilton customer and am disappointed in this particular hotel—definitely not the expected quality and cleanliness of a Hilton hotel.

Our checking was fine, but when it was time to get a good night sleep… not happening! Why? The pillows smelled as though they’ve never been washed or changed between construction workers. I felt like I was sleeping in sweat ! All 4 pillows have a sweaty construction worker smell. My dad is a contractor so I know the scent! Do better Hilton Garden Inn. This stay wasn’t worth $$$!
