The breakfast is not delicious, the service is basically non-existent, there is no do-not-disturb sign, and the waiter always knocks on the door to disturb you.

The hotel is Chinese, in the middle of Cairo, the cleaning is minimal and fair. The breakfast food, very fair and little varied. The maintenance is not good either, door knobs were missing, some WC cisterns were missing. The hotel is beautiful, but the door faces a kind of avenue that is very difficult and dangerous to walk on and with a lot of traffic. You can hear from the room the thousands of car honking. The views from the room, decent because you could see the new museum and two of the pyramids of Giza, thanks to its proximity

A small hotel with a small landscaped area. Very beautiful evening lighting. One of the advantages of the hotel is that it is within walking distance to one of the main attractions of Cairo. We reached the Giza Plateau on foot, but the road to the pyramids is not safe. We walked along a busy highway, so it's still better to order a taxi.

Terrible hotel, the rooms are so neglected and in poor condition that it is disgusting to be inside, the mattresses feel like springs and in general all the spaces are dirty. There is no possible way that this hotel is more than 2 stars

On a trip with so many things to see what Egypt is like, resting is essential and this is not the place to do it. Infernal noise coming from the street, the windows do not close properly and the terrible breakfast. Come on… a gem. The restaurant is the climax to this disaster of a place. Bad and extremely expensive. A plate of spaghetti €2o plus spicy. I ordered them for my children and it was a serious mistake. There are a thousand better accommodations in the area. Flee while you can.

Even taking into account that Egypt is still recovering its tourist infrastructures, this hotel is far from what you should expect****. Our experience began when we arrived, at 10 pm, and the room was not ready. Neither ours nor another of the trip group. When they gave it to us, it was without towels, without toilet paper, gel or shampoo and with challenges from the use of previous clients. The breakfast buffet is so-so at best. It is the first time that in a hotel, of any category, I don't see coffee (there are only Nescafe sachets). And few pastries, so the options are limited. The store inside the hotel is not very well known what hours it has. And the drinks and food in the bar are absurdly high prices. We are talking about the fact that 2 simple combined dishes with 2 drinks cost us €50 in Egypt. And there would be more things, but I think that with this you can already have an idea. Honestly, if your agency has assigned you this hotel, I would try to change it.

The conditions offered by this hotel are a joke. I'll start with the positive points, despite it being a very bad experience: the beds were very good, clean pillows and blankets, spacious areas, impeccable staff and always trying to make up for the huge flaws. Despite the opulent appearance of the hotel, everything is old and dirty. You see broken things everywhere, the corridors are dirty, Chinese food reeks and the smell permeates the rooms. As soon as we opened the door, a smell of sewage permeated the room and the noise of traffic could be heard as if we were on the street. We changed rooms, but the smell of sewage quickly followed us, there was no escape. Our bathroom was very dirty (as you can see in the images), there was an empty shampoo bottle and another used one from previous guests. I don't even have words for breakfast, where the same food was presented day after day, cheeses, salads, hot foods. We just eat bread, eggs and coffee. The room key demagnetized every day, so we had to change it constantly. It has the potential to be good, but it should currently be closed for renovations, as charging guests to sleep here is criminal.
