房間是在網上看的，剛開始衹覺得市區方便就行，真正入住之後真的是體驗非常不錯，不管是前台小姐姐的認真負責，還是酒店經理的貼心服務以及盡心盡責都覺得非常值得入住。
我們是四個小姐妹一起出行，定的親子房，loft結構，正常衹有自帶兩份早餐，跟前台小姐姐説明情況後主動幫我們升級4份早餐。
我們第一天去的朗德古寨，去的時候也問過酒店經理關於來回的打車問題，怕回來不方便，經理是個胖胖的可愛的帥哥，非常熱情貼心，主動跟我們介紹當地的一些司機給我們做參考，同時也推薦他自己作為本地人從小吃到大的一些美食，還有一些小眾但非常驚艷的寨子，或者旅遊地，比如荔波。（經理推薦的豆米火鍋絕啦）
最驚喜的是，下午準備從朗德回來一直打不到車，酒店經理主動提出自己開車過來接我們，正常意思一下油費就行，絕對比正常打車便宜很多，哈哈哈簡直太感動啦。
最後也是在酒店過了一個開心的生日。
這是我們第一次來凱里，幾天時間下來對這裏人文，美食，當地人熱情生活的那種樂觀動容
希望下次還有機會相遇
我想我會再來的

設施：非常新 馬桶和窗簾都是智能的 還有小度智能屏
衞生：很乾凈 消毒的比較全面
環境：市中心遊玩很方便
服務：態度非常非常好 寶寶過生日他們不僅送了個蛋糕 還幫忙佈置房間 而且很漂亮 （如有特殊節日可以提前打電話給前台）前台小姐姐的態度也是十分的不錯
精美水果:很新鮮 也很甜
早餐:品種還可以 味道很不錯
唯獨一個小建議就是窗簾避光再強一些就完美了

太棒了，真的是我在凱里住過性價比最高的酒店了 剛好還能在窗邊看到雪景 太美啦！！！ 可惜之前訂的房間沒有浴缸 店家説可以定有浴缸的房間 邊泡澡邊看雪景！！！真的是太絕啦 今天訂了一個帶浴缸的 已經迫不及待了

設施：還比較新的，客用品和洗漱用品都很齊全，智能馬桶洗屁屁很好，居然還有洗衣房，衣服烘乾之後客房大姐還幫忙送到房間，這一點就很滿意， 環境：氛圍感拉滿了， 👍👍👍服務：因為天氣比較冷，給我遞上一杯熱茶，喝下去很舒服！前台遇到的服務員熱情又有耐心！樂於提供各種幫助，衹是幫我安排太高的樓層，我看下去有點心慌。會回住的。

第一次入住次這個酒店，前台和客房工作人員的貼心服務，整體的感受很好。首先是酒店位置很好找，就在市中心，酒店的整體風格我也很喜歡，房間內舒適的床墊，智能化設備，乾淨的房間讓人印象深刻，看的出來酒店在這方面有用心！
