開平碉樓旅遊區，僅此一家歷史民國老宅裏的酒店，👍🏻
外觀保留了原貌，當年用的進口建材品質極高，百年都沒啥大的損壞，內部做了現代化的改造，可以感覺到經營者花了不少心思，顏色搭配，都很舒服，據説經常拍各種劇，有民國服飾的拍照項目。
可惜那個年代沒有電梯，行李重了抬上樓不是太方便。
衞生間的冷熱水使用不是太方便，可能是老建築的限制，需要適應一下。
到酒店的路也比較窄，開車需多小心。
周邊沒啥人家，很安靜，能聽到鵝廠的鵝叫，
適合度假和團建，經理服務很熱情，介紹周邊的景點，適合騎自行車逛，和安靜的放鬆，發呆😄
設施：缺電梯，不是太方便
衞生：不錯
環境：不錯

從大道到紅樓大約要走2.3公里的單行道，交通不便；吃飯不方便，店家代叫的餐食不好吃；紅樓本身值得看一下。

非常喜歡的赤水紅樓，9張圖放不下它的美貌和氣質…從進門的瞬間開始，沒有一個細節不給我們驚喜…管家小姐姐熱情友好，逢問必答，處處細心照顧…房間佈置彷彿置身於民國時期，每個角落都散發著魅力…特別要給“赤水”泳池點個贊，水質清澈温熱，小朋友玩得不亦樂乎！早餐的量剛剛好，健康美味…還有粘人任擼的“寶玉”，感覺可以和它坐在紅磚台階上，任憑時間流逝…毫無疑問下次還會再來的！

兩座民國老房子經過精心修葺也可過上舒適的現代生活。晚上在新建的游泳池裡看星，估計建房子的人當年也沒這麼舒適過。民宿還提供電動車去逛周圍的田園和村落。感謝店長幫我們升級了房間。非常舒適的一次度假。

路很難找 推薦自駕游過來住 房子是1933年建成的 超級有民國氛圍 一層還可以租服裝拍照 小院的造景也很棒 衞生不錯能看出來阿姨很用心的在維護
我們到的很晚 阿姨也會及時的回覆 接車
起的晚 阿姨也會把早餐留到很晚等我們起來吃
蚊蟲有點多 做好防蚊就好 阿姨也會幫忙點蚊香 電蚊拍都有
阿姨對於碉樓的植物 景觀 建築都如數家珍 整體來説是一次非常棒的體驗

設施：百年紅樓，質量一流。土建方面材料質量真心不用説，但凡質疑一下都是不尊重。真的這門窗這地板磚，看着都喜歡啊。軟裝方面可以看到老闆很用心的根據紅樓重新添置了傢俱，一點不違和。唯一一點吐槽應該就是水壓了，水壓夠，但是流量不太大，不過並不影響正常使用。
衞生：相當乾淨！能夠感覺到姐姐們一直用心在維護。
環境：田園風，可能我們來的時候不是收穫的季節，田裡看起來有點荒涼，泳池也不能用實在太冷，開進去的大道略有點窄（注意！車技不好請不要天黑入園）
服務：真的值得吹一吹！姐姐們服務超五星水平，真的做到賓至如歸！到達的當天下午給送了果盤，有啥疑問立馬解決，紅樓的背景碉樓的文化如數家珍，晚上還給寶貝們送了煙花，次日孩子們無理要求（要餵魚撈魚）也一一滿足。艾瑞巴蒂沖啊！住它！
餐食：姐姐提前一天給我們預約好晚餐，本來以為會踩雷，結果巨巨巨好吃！鵝好吃，毛瓜湯好喝，豉油雞好吃。後來一問，原來大廚不在，是老闆姐姐親自下廚，這**有點**了。第二天的早餐也相當豐盛！基本男的都吃不完，如果想要啥還可以去加。
總結；值得二刷，可以夏天或者秋天再去一次。

紅樓真是漂亮，店家很用心地翻新過，保持外觀的同時內部又現代舒適，讓這棟老宅子又煥發光彩，是很棒又有些特別的住宿體驗。
我們晚飯過後才去到民宿，天色已經有點晚了，但是老闆很熱情地迎接了我們。辦了入住之後和老闆聊了好久，從紅樓的歷史，開平碉樓的故事和遊覽線路，到廣東的習俗和地區間的差異，老闆知無不言地給我們講了很多，第二天還又微信給我們幫我們規劃行程路線，超級熱情周到，非常感謝～
這次來的時候陰天，不然能拍更漂亮，下次有機會再來住哈哈。
其實民宿很多，但是特別的很少，來開平自駕的話真的值得住一下，推薦推薦。

這是一次出乎意料的住宿經歷，旗勝村田間小路蜿蜒曲折，引出的不僅是外形上讓人眼前一亮的兩棟中西合璧的百年碉樓，在之後老闆吳大哥的熱情接待以及娓娓道來之下更是引出一段可歌可泣的歷代華僑奮鬥史，讓原本寒冷的天氣平添幾分温情和暖意。看得出，紅樓從原本的雜草叢生、荒廢閑置到如今的煥發生機、傲然挺立，老闆是用心去做的，不單是一樁生意，更是一種情懷。全家人都非常享受入住的整個過程，軟件和硬件都很滿意。
