Santa's Resort & Spa Hotel Sani

A really nice hotel in a very beautiful location, with views the amazing beach from the balcony. The food in the restaurant (Restaurant Bistro) was absolutely outstanding - really top-notch cooking. The waiting staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful (in three languages). We'll be back. Thank you,

I stayed at this hotel for two nights last week. Find my review is below in plusses (+) and minuses (-): + Very clean and modern hotel + Nice rooms and they all seem to have a view to the beautiful beach +++ + Staff is very friendly + There is a gas station/store/restaurant nearby, from where you gan get groceries etc., and there is also a monibar in the room + Sandy Kelt is a very nice and cozy Irish pub only about 100m away. There's also a steak house (Pihvitupa). Both have exellent food + Nice looking spa area (unfortunately it has been under renovation for a long time already. They don't seem to have any hurry in getting it ready.. - As of September 1, 2022, there is no longer any regular sausages or meatballs on the beakfast menu. The only sausages there are raindeer sausages (dark), which many people might not care for. I think most of us would appreciate sausages, meatballs and bacon for breakfast. The breaffast is a bit of a disappointment for a 4-star hotel. Bring the meat back! - The toilet paper in the rooms is cheap, the kind you would find at gas stations. This toilet paper is not suitable for a 4-star hotel. So, guests, please bring your own toilet paper! - It seems like the spa, at the hotel has been in renovation for a long time now. Please get the spa working again! Without a spa, it really kakes out a lot from the experience.

The hotel was very worn out and the decor old and stuffy. Balcony windows impossible to open, so you were stuck inside a hot, class cube when all you wanted was a nice sea breeze. Breakfast service was a big mess with too many people. Not a great selection either. On season prices off the chart and completely not worth it. The only reason why we stayed was because there was no other option.

Nice apartment with a beautiful view, but there isnt any air conditioning, so you have a hot apartment with balcony doors wide open. Breakfast starts at 8am, its too late and it causes traffic. Same goes for Spa times, opens at 10am and its jammed immediately and its too crowded. I wish they would think about the timetables all over , breakfast starting from 7am and Spa from 8am. There are mostly families with kids during summertime and it would be wise to re-think the times. There are no lunch service in the hotel, only some waffles during lunchtime. Bistro opens at 2pm, lunchtime is already over for kids by then. So basically the hotel is forcing you to take your money elsewhere to buy lunch. Staff is awesome, very friendly, but the management should really think about these things.
