Stayed here as a family of 5 (booked 2 rooms) April 2024. I was a little apprehensive upon booking as some of the reviews weren’t great but went with an open mind and the knowledge we’d payed under £250 per person for flights, hotel and all inclusive board. Don’t be put off by some of the reviews, we had an absolute blast. Before departure I messaged the hotel requesting rooms near to each other/same block and got a same day response from the bookings manager confirming my request. The hotel itself was absolutely spotless. Rooms were clean and spacious with air conditioning. Staff were welcoming, accommodating and friendly. Not to mention how hard working they all were. The food was OK, Pretty standard all inclusive hotel food. a bit bland at times and often not the hottest but we managed to find something to suit everyone at each meal. The food at the snack bar on the other hand was absolutely fabulous. Fresh Gyros, stone baked pizzas etc. A massive hit with our kids and took the pressure off “would there be anything they’d eat” at meal times. The swimming pools were clean and my kids adored the slides. Struggled to get a sunlounger most days as they would all have towels on reserving them from the crack of dawn despite most of them remaining unused the majority of the day. New loungers were being delivered and unpacked during our stay that looked very luxurious. The entertainment staff were incredible and made us laugh so much. Sam and Billy were a huge hit with the kids and we had a great time joining in with the activities. My biggest issue with the holiday as a whole was the lack of public toilets around the hotel. Just one at the main pool and nothing at the snack bar/slide pool. There was a couple in the main block where reception is but not ideal having to walk through slippery tiled floors with children who have just come out of the pool. We ended up going back to our room to use the facilities most of the time but wouldn’t be feasible if you were in a block further away. All in all we had a fantastic relaxing week with great weather and would certainly return to the Evita resort should we visit Rhodes again

An amazing resort with really helpful friendly people in all services in the hotel. Beautiful view from a very comfortable room with a sea view. There are three restaurants and three bars as well as a beach, huge pool with loads of sun beds so you always managed to get one. The pool bar served drinks and snacks to our subbed at the push of a button and Daniel served us with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. Lunch was also available in the Almyra bar at the beach and again lovely food served by a lovely lady who was so friendly and kind. Breakfast and Dinner was served in the Emerald bar. The food choice was excellent and varied each night, the service was brilliant and cannot find fault. There is also a great mini market that is open till 23:00 every night that has souvenirs, clothes, toiletries and snacks and refreshments so you really don’t need to leave the resort unless you really want to. We booked a massage in Serenity Spa which was excellent. All in all this was one of the best holidays I have enjoyed. The hotel and grounds are absolutely breathtaking, one negative comment would be the rooms in 2000 block are a little dated but they are clean, comfortable and very well maintained. Had we known about the Elite rooms when booking we might have paid the extra as they come with several extras included. Thanks to all the hotel workers who made our stay so wonderful.

As a family we have visited this hotel 9 times but I have to say since Sotoris, Etro and Giorgos and the rest of the new team have joined the hotel has become a much more brighter environment with a much younger fresher atmosphere , every single team member has a smile and greeting/ well wish for the day, even the cleaners are friendly especially the lady with blond hair who has worked at the hotel for along time who greeted us by name every morning , always asking If everything is ok. This year I booked directly with the hotel and Despina was very professional and answered all my emails very quickly, I booked my Al La Carte reservations prior to departure directly through Olga the Concierge, again all emails are very professional and responded quickly. Upon arrival in the airport we headed straight to the Mitsis desk which stood out and looked beautiful, the private transfer was amazing, a real V.I.P experience of a fully air conditioned Sprinter with very comfortable seats and lovely lighting. As always the lovely Nikos greeted us and helped with the huge amount of luggage we had and gave my son a lovely gift. I checked in on the app again prior to departure making things much quicker as it was late when we arrived. The reception team and Christina the Guest relations host recognised us and gave us a lovely return greeting making us feel extremely welcome, Nikos took all of our luggage up to a lovely clean spacious room with an amazing sea view ( we had an upgrade too) and a lovely surprise of balloons gifts and a personalised cake for my sons birthday, It really was a lovely touch and we are ever so thankful. As always when we went to the brunch the next morning the lovely host Matila greeted us with her lovely smile and seated us where Zoe, Gabriele and the others took care of us, the service in the Al La Carte restaurants is excellent , even for my son who is Autistic and has sensory issues around food, Bagia the waitress in the Italian ensured my wine glass was never empty. The twin who works in the Burger Pitta area is so attentive and even when sat at the end table made sure she did not leave us waiting The main restaurant is so cosy unlike other hotels I have stayed in that can feel very cold and have a canteen like feeling, the food is varied for all nationalities and has specialist theme nights such as Mexican, Greek and Asian , you can either be seated inside in the air conditioned area or outside under a lovely shaded pergola, again the team recognised us and gave us a lovely welcome back greeting, Navila the captain is a real asset to the hotel it has been so lovely to watch her grow from a waitress to the captain, we are very proud of her, she has always cared for our son and ensured he is happy and ok. The pool area is lovely and clean and every single chair around the bar area is always pushed in making it very tidy, ashtrays are constantly cleaned and empty glasses removed. At First I have to congratulate the management to your service team in the Restaurant. Olga and Noula made our holiday. They were there in the morning, in the evening always with a smile and a personal touch that you feel at home. The food was always good and the evening at the Burger House was a great one. The room is big and everything is there that you need.

Fantastic hotel. Would stay here again without any hesitation. The all inclusive food was superb and the best we have ever had (including restaurants) the room with private pool was brilliant, spacious and light. Well stocked mini bar!! My only slight observation would be that some of the hotel needed a bit of minor cosmetic attention (cracks in glass etc) and room housekeeping (sometimes hair and fluff left on floor) but this did not detract from the quality of the overall stay. There were quite a few children around and other reviews suggest plenty for kids to do, however we didn’t take our children on this short stay but believe they may have been slightly bored if they had come along - besides a small pool / slide and play area there did not seem a lot for children. Please keep in mind we were not specifically looking as we were child free so this is not a criticism . Booking of restaurants is essential - download the mitsis app which was a godsend! It features all restaurant menus and concierge so you can add extras. . Super impressed with the hotel!

We stayed at anika 13th-27th of September, we have stayed here before back in 2015 so new what to expect but both of us where not prepared for how much this hotel has changed in a positive way. Staff. Another area this hotel nails it the staff are simply amazing and so friendly and helpful, they genuinely make you feel like one of the family this vibe runs of on other guests and helps create such a chilled out friendly vibe to the entire hotel. Special mention to Jessica,Alex and valentine who worked tirelessly throughout stay and made us feel so welcome. We sincerely hope you are still working here when we return next year. Food. I’ll start with the one thing this hotel excels at its food. We stayed half board. The breakfast is a lovely buffet affair with a selection of cooked and cold choices with fresh juice and coffee. Evening meals are a 3 course table service. You choose from 2 mains the day before. We had starters ranging from soup, Greek salad, stuffed peppers and Couscous never the same starter and mains ranging from gyros plate, belly pork,fish,pizza souvlaki all freshly cooked and delicious. We also ate a number of meals here during the day from the snack menu the the club sandwich and salads are amazing as is there pork gyros. Rooms. Your typical Greek rooms although extremely large we stayed in room 323 which was on the top floor with sea view, beds where massive and very comfortable, have tv,kettle,fridge and plenty of storage space. They are cleaned every 2 days with fresh bedding and towels provided. The bathrooms have been recently upgraded to a decent standard. Overall it was a pleasant space to relax a sleep which is all you need on a holiday. Pool area. The pool area is small but fantastic there’s plenty of sunbeds available for everyone, it gets sun throughout the day and has a lovely chilled out vibe to it and a great pool bar overlooking it. Location. Perfectly situated a 5 minute walk away from the main life of the resort but quiet enough to not be disturbed by it. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and will be booking to return next year, there are better looking hotels on the island but you will struggle to find one that makes you feel so relaxed and part of the family.
